This a great simple collection of the 8 film installment for the Harry Potter franchise. If you are just aiming to watch the films straight though, this is one. I wouldn’t recommend it for collectors since the contents are only the movies. Once you’ve reached the Half-Blood Prince, you’ll notice on the disc saying “Disc 1” only because it was taken from then original packet, remember, you’re only watching the movie, not the bonus features. Same goes for Deathly Hollows. If you are aiming to see the bonus discs and such, I recommend looking for the collectors pack that is 11-discs instead. Other than that, I was caught off guard about this but I just want to watch the movie so this is simple collection to take on.

Loved this bundle such a great purchase provides all movies for great price and surely great for the Harry Potter fans I watched all movies and loved them I truly recommend

The films are great and the discs are perfect. The only problem is the plastic box that’s supposed to hold the 8 discs; upon opening the box the first time, the blue plastic pieces inside broke. Most of the discs fall out any time you move the slots of discs around. This is very frustrating because it will happen any time you open the box. And besides the pieces that are broken, even the non-broken slots won’t hold their disc in place. Wish they would have a box that lasts longer than 1 minute.

I think that the Harry Potter movies are never boring. They keep your interest from beginning to end. The acting is superb, the creativity of the movies are outstanding. These movies people will watch over and over again. I am sure of it, because I do.

I am watching all the movies on my ps4. It works perfectly and with various options for subtitles and dubbing

I like this product especially for it being blueray because of the extra bonus features. In Great condition, and for a great price. Happy to add this to my movie collection.

I purchased these back in 7/1/17 and I just barely got around to watching them. The first 5 movies go straight into the movie with no menu screen or ads-no big deal- but the 6th movie had ads, a menu screen with bonus content, and the disc doesn’t match the others. The 6th disc says “disc 1” on it like it’s part of the separate movie set. I’m also missing the 8th disc and never knew because it took me two years to get around to opening it. Reading the other reviews, it looks like I’m not the only one with this issue. Very disappointed. The back of the box states the multiple other discs should have bonus features etc.

I'm giving 4 stars only due to disc number 6 looks different from the cover than the others, looks like is not from this collection. Same disc stopped twice while we were watching it. See the attached pic, it says "disc one"

Eight great movies in one package! The movies are not as good as the books, but there still great!

The package came in good condition however one of the disk as I attached the picture did not come with second part of Disc. If it is 8 complete collection, we’ll it’s not the movie cuts off in the middle.

So I bought this set, finally get to watch it....SURPRISE! One of the disk was mismatched to the set. Called customer service, no help. Told me to go to the store and see if they will do a exchange, also other reviews have said the same. BestBuy needs to take care of there customers.

Yo, do I even need to review these movies? It's Harry Potter on Blu Ray. The fact that I spent only a gift card to buy this has 98% of the reason I gave it 5 stars though. The case is terrible and the Lazer Disk 3.0's keep sliding rite out the holsters. Seriously! only the 360 cases from after they started trying to be environmentally friendly and those ones with the little doors are worse than this case! Harry Potter was a popular franchise so, I suppose if you had your own dvd/blu ray holsters, You'd be alright... You Jive Turkey.

If you Hairy Potter then this is a must buy for anyone’s movie collection!

These would be a great gift. I really love these movies. They stream them of amd on. But now it cost money to rent. Glad these went on sale they became more affordable. The only downside is they are missing deleted scenes and extras. I guess i can watch on you tube. If you have bigger budget by the 125 dol it includes everything. These are just basic. Also the box broke inside for no reason and i couldn't fix it

I had gone on a harry potter binge. I had watched the first five recently before buying this set, so I only watched 6-8 on this set. These are very well made movies that look even better on bluray. Id like to see the first few to see if the bluray is really any better. Bluray really came in to the market in 2006 or so. Buying in 4k made no sense as 4k didnt come out until recently and I highly doubt the older ones will look much better than bluray. My personal opinion is to get the bluray set or get the last few in bluray format separately and the first few on dvd separately. I wouldn’t get the 4k set but I may be wrong.

What is there to be concerned about with this? It is a collection of the Harry Potter movies and that's it. It doesn't have millions of extra features like other sets but if you just want to have the movies around then this is a great choice. For the price, especially if you can get it on sale, it is cheaper than buying each movie individually (unless you like having a separate case for each on your shelf).

I was needing to update my regular set but I waiting for the right moment, and getting this set on sale was such a bargain! Great quality for great films.

not going to lie, i wasn't even interested in reading the books/watching the movies but my "significant other" suggested this series so as to "spend quality time together..." guess she had enough of all my late night video game sessions and sci-fi/action movie flicks that i would rather be immersed in. nevertheless, the series starts off slow but the character development is there, with enough magic and mysticism to enthrall even the most stalwart skeptic. the action builds up in the third movie, and it's actually interesting to see how the main characters physically grow/age and develop over time. there does seem to be some holes in the plot along the way, but if you stick with the harry potter series, you will not be disappointed.
