This man stopped Best Buy from being buried and made implemented a lot of common sense policies that have proven to work. This guy is a legend in the Best Buy community for what he has done for the company and is well respected. Many people don’t know him but read up on him and you’ll see. It’s a good read

Very interesting book. Would recommend people to buy. Would also recommend that the staff be aware that they are selling this product in their store since they weren’t aware.
