Bad condition when received

This toy came in the mail and when I opened the box it was covered in a thick layer of dirt. There was no way to get all the dirt off and the box was ripped. This is the second item I have bought as a gift that has been in terrible condition when I received it. I took both items back.

great spiderman toy

Much bigger than I thought I'd be. Only think I don't like is the window to get into the pilots seats is really hard to open. I usually need to get a knife or screw driver to pry it open.

Not as fun as it seemed

However, after he played 1 time, he did not seem to feel excited about it. I think it is because of the lack of sounds and lights. It became boring to him.
