    Setup is much too confusing with poor instruction and no help with system navigation. Their Setup app did not work on my iPad and caused even more confusion. SoundBar volume cannot be controlled by their remote unless the soundbar has an hdmi-arc connection port. If you connect the soundbar via Bluetooth, there is a sound lag between the tv and soundbar. The cable/internet provider info should be very simple ... they make it difficult. It took me about 12 hours to setup everything when it should have been no more than a half hour. I am not using my soundbar but the sound is fine using the tv speakers. Bottom line ... Bad ergonomics!

    Bought this for grandson for Christmas because he loves Elmo. Not sure if we're going to keep it because still in box but not sure if it works properly or if batteries are dead. Will decide after Christmas.

    Not a huggable toy for my Two-year-old grandson because of the hard parts in the tummy area. The sound is not that great and it’s hard to get the arms to move to hug.

    Bought for my 18 month old niece. Unboxed on Christmas and found the toy to feel cheap --functioning arms may not last long.
