4 stars for fun with kids of ages 8-teen. I would have to say the kids enjoyed the mouth pieces more than adults. Adults should be aware that one will need to clean mouth pieces between games and that is why I deducted a star on the rating.

Excited to play! Going to make a great white elephant gift!

We have been playing this several times since my brother received it on Christmas. It is easy enough for young kids as well as fun and entertaining enough for adults. Way better than a boring card game.

This game is great! We loved having a big family over.

My daughter has this game. It is so much fun, was crying i laughed so hard. I bought this for White Elephant game my family does at Christmas. We will probably end up playing afterwards.

just make sure you disinfect the mouth pieces after each person uses it. other than that , it was fun watching the kids play with this game. lol

I bought this to play at a family gathering and it was SO much fun! The plastic mouth pieces are very easy to clean as well! Tons of laughs!

Played with my daughters and granddaughter. Lots of laughter. Have a box of kleenex near by. The mouth pieces may not fit smaller kids.

This game is so fun for the family to play the only thing my youngest mouth was too small but would recommend for teenagers and above

I gave my mother this game, Speak Out, for Christmas. We all have enjoyed this game! It is appropriate for all ages.

So fun but mouth piece hurts my mouth when i laugh. Small price to pay when i laughed harder playing this game than ever before!

This is a fun game for entire family. The only issue is sometimes it is difficult to get mouthpiece to stay in.

This game was a gift for a co worker and up to now she loves it and all the silliness that goes with it

Mouth pieces should be different sizes instead of one size. With this particular game one size does not fit all.

Fun game I wish it would come with more mouthpieces but it still is fine you’ll laugh the whole time
