It’s just plastic and rods. Felt Rather flimsy and unstable, like it could tip over on its own plus it didn’t look nice after setup. Returned!

Very customizable, but too fragile. The tubes bend if your not careful and the plastic sides inserts for the tubes snap also.

I like it and it is good to hold my shoes. It is a little light, but it does the job for the price. My 15 year old grandson put it together and said it was easy to put together.

Purchased this because I really needed a shoe rack and the price was great. As soon as I went to assemble the product, I quickly realized that there was little to no tension while inserting the horizontal support rods into the slots. In order for the support rods to remain stable, I had to super glue them into the slots. Furthermore, the vertical stand was also flimsy where you had to be careful not to bumb into to rack too hard or everything would come tumbling down. Unfortunately 2 months later, that's exactly what happened. The whole thing fell apart regardless of how much super glue I used. Don't buy this. It's a waste of money. Spend a bit more to get a rack of better quality.

Needed a shoe organizer and saw this online. The rails do not stay in when you connect one side or the other. A heavy super glue is needed for rails to stay inside holes. Plastic and wouldn’t recommend.

easy to put together and fits a lots of shoes but make sure to put the angle you want from the beginning because when you try to change the rods it some apart. I like it

Very poor quality. After assembling the item, it always collapsed while try to keep/take out shoes from the rack.

I had a Great experience ordering on line with Best Buy They made it easy to understand, check out was fast and easy. I’m elderly so I get confused at time when it comes to getting around on some of the Enternet. I highly recommend other like my self to give Best Buy a look, they will surprise you on all the items they carry, never would I had thought they carried shoe racks. The prices are very good I’m so impressed with my experience. I will be ordering agin.

Its not stable. It did not work fine for us. Its may be good for very light weight foot ware. It used to collapse now and then and we rearranged thrice to give a try. But later it became a pain, so we returned it.
