I got this for my boyfriend, thought it would help him sleep. But all you offer are baby sounds. It does read on your box it can be for adults but you gotta pay for an app!? You should have more sounds to your product.

We have two of these. Both the first and now the second gen one since we picked this up while traveling. Our daughter loves this and is a life saver. We love the dock and wireless charging of the Hatch.

Volume does not go that high. Almost any other sound drowned it out at max volume. Even a box fan baby sleeps in our room so definitely better for separate room with no sound.

I love the hatch but the backup battery for it was very difficult to get the hatch to charge. I rotated and rotated for a long time to get it to actually charge but it should not be that difficult

Pros: Serves as intended for lullabies (premium content requires to have premium membership) and as a great nightlight. Adds a wireless charging base for ease of access for portability as opposed to 1st gen. Cons: Lost it's 2 way audio, applies to 2nd gen non-plus as well. Changed the app interface as opposed to 1st gen, considerably worst. Other: Sometimes there's now a crackling sound coming from the speaker as opposed to our 1st gen.

This thing does exactly what we want it to. Turn on white noise and a turn red for night night then turn blue at a certain time in the morning to tell our toddler he can get up. Unfortunately it doesn’t end there. I constantly get notifications that the battery is low but when I check it’s sitting on the charging dock. This is extremely frustrating when you are now worried if your night light/sound machine is going to die in the middle of the night. I also find this thing struggles with connection often. The app is fine, simple but man it’s slow as it waits for the Rest to connect. Mind you we have 2gig fiber and it shows all full bars but will occasionally warn poor signal or just spin forever. Lastly, this model is supposed to feature a baby monitor and mic. There is no where in the app to utilize these features. There are no current guides or instructions on how to use it and all the tutorials I have found online show the old app so not helpful. If you can find them please let me know! Really terrible that a marketed feature that we paid for is not accessible? Oh and they send notifications to your phone and email constantly about their subscription service trying to get you to pay for their stories and songs. No I don’t want it I want to turn these off. I’ve unsubscribed from the emails twice… This thing should be so good, it would easily be the best if it worked properly.

I used it only a few times but only the night light feature. Huge waste of $$ and requires a subscription

Great tool to calm my 7month old. The rain and white noise are his favorite for sleeping, but the LoFi they have is great too.

Pretty great, nice soft light. App is easy to use, easy to connect. Honestly might like it more than my newborn.

Never charged right. Continually had problems connecting to wifi. Worthless paperweight.

We got this to help establish a sleep routine for our baby. He sleeps between the nursery and our bedroom so the battery life feature of the second gen was an important feature. Unfortunately, when you unplug the Rest from the charge base, it will turn off 90% of the time. The battery life will say full, yet it cannot operate witnout being plugged in. This seems to be a common problem, based on some ofher reviews ive since read. Nonetheless, a really inconvenient defect that Hatch should be able to reaolve easily.
