Stop with the subscriptions. If this didn't have that, it would be great. It's expensive already. And the sub isn't cheap either.

Buyer beware

I’m sad to put this review here, but buyer beware. I purchased the hatch around Black Friday as a Christmas gift. It happened that the receiver of the gift already had it, so I was directed by Best Buy to go through the seller for the return. Nothing. Dead air. Not even an acknowledgment of my request. This isn’t an inexpensive gift. Buyer beware - this is awful.
