I’m sad to put this review here, but buyer beware. I purchased the hatch around Black Friday as a Christmas gift. It happened that the receiver of the gift already had it, so I was directed by Best Buy to go through the seller for the return. Nothing. Dead air. Not even an acknowledgment of my request. This isn’t an inexpensive gift. Buyer beware - this is awful.

Wanted an alarm clock that would wake me up peacefully and lull me to sleep. Love all the options and sounds. I sleep like a baby and wake up more rested.
