Have Gun Will Travel complete series

My dad LOVED westerns... kinda pushed them on my mother and myself so didn't really get into them (other than The Wild Wild West and some John Wayne's, etc.) till I was in my 30's. A shame as I would have enjoyed watching them with him. Plus, Richard Boone has always been a favorite. Loved him in Hec Ramsey although as usual as good as it was they made far, far too few of them. It was just coming into it's own. But this is where I think he initially made his mark. His standards were high and it comes out in this series. Definitely a must see if you like Boone and or westerns.

Excellent quality for an old TV series

The boxed set arrived quickly and in good condition. The series ran for 225 episodes which was normal for a half hour series at that time but is long for TV series today. The interesting part of this series was the number of actors who made their professional debut in this series. I recommend this series for someone who is interested in early television dramas and westerns.

Older TV series availability

Great video collection

As has been noted in a number of reviews, the case was received broken. It's a clever box for so many discs, but very delicate. Fortunately my case could be mostly repaired with tape. Very happy this great series on disc.
