He Got Game is an excellent basketball story of the relationship between a father and son who both were good basketball players, but the son is actually the top recruit in the nation.

Denzel Washington has a little bit of game and some quickness in his first step and a nasty crossover and sweet shot. Another one of Spike Lee's great films.

Spike gives his perspective of a generational era of potential prospects with talent and aspirations who have grown up in an unprivileged urban demographic. Then he shows the obstacles and decisions that they may be faced with on a daily bases in rout to reaching there full potential.

Denzel Washington gives a great performance of a father trying to make his relationship with his son better than it was before he went to prison.

Solid movie. Love Ray Allen as a Bucks fan growing up. Good movie for basketball lovers.

Director Spike Lee never disappoints... A great story in which you can feel every emotion.

"He Got Game" is definitely a classic film worth collecting.

Denzel is the greatest and I love basketball. Great combo. Denzel heads a cast that also has Ray allen, rosario dawson, and Jim brown. I have also seen how it is with the way of recruiting for these big school. I am glad Spike Lee decided to expose this and show the troubled father-son relationship and the struggles that it may go thru to survive it all. It has it's sad parts to make you cry, you will laugh, and you will cheer as the games go on.

I like this movie because Spike shows look at how most All-American High School players are recurritted. Of course Denzel does his thing, and Ms. Dawson is great as La La (even without the nude scene, but it helps), but Ray Allen might want to stick with basketball. His acting is good for a first-timer but not believable

The movie came quickly & in Excellent condition. This was a gift for my nephew-he loves it!!!

A basketball movie with the great Denzel Washington. Spike Lee and company did well! Must watch!
