    I have trouble hearing in a restaurant or when listening to a conversation with background noise. These do help. I’m still experimenting with the settings but I like that they are controlled with my phone. The quality is good, well made.

    Wire from device to earpiece is to short. Keeps falling out of ear for that reason. In order to have replace you have to send back to manufacturer and then there is no way of knowing they can change it
