When I purchased this movie, I didn't bother looking at the trailer---and if you haven't seen the trailer, please don't watch it. In my opinion, after having seen the movie, I feel as if the trailer gives away too much information about the twists and turns in this movie. Although, having said that, it is still an awesome movie--Jim Sturgess gives an incredible performance in being able to emotionally capture the essence of what it must truly feel like to live a life harshly treated differently just because of the way he looks (birth mark across his face and part of his body). Put aside the obvious and often typical plot that goes along with horror movies and deals made with the devil because the true beauty in this movie is the final scene. Let the movie play out (because both the story and the acting are quite tremendous), but the final scene will leave you thinking about this film long after the movie is over.
