This movie is a remote drop. If it's on TV (When I still had normal TV, lol) I drop the remote and watch it from there. Almost every time I watch it I find a new little wrinkle to enjoy. Great cinematography, acting, casting, production.. the whole nine yards. We need more movies made like this today.

Amazing movie. Still one of the best bank heist films almost 30 years later. Large cast of amazing actors. A little trivia: Filmed without a soundstage. The bank shootout scene used mics capturing the actual gunfire, not dubbed sound effects. In June of 2002, United States Marine recruits at MCRD San Diego were shown the scene involving the shoot-out after the bank robbery, as an example of the proper way to retreat while under fire.

If you’re a fan of crime noir and action thrillers, this movie is definitely for you. Michael Mann delivers some of the best shoot out scenes that still hold up to this date and the 4K upgrade to the collection is definitely worth it in this Director’s Definitive Edition

Not a good looking bluray disc. Too dark but it sounds amazing.

I picked up this amazing action film when I purchased my first 4K TV. Great movie with a stellar cast. It's sad to see Best Buy leaving physical media behind.

Okay, so I absolutely love this movie, but the 4K is just too dark. Even at night, with every light off in my house, my eyes were struggling. Definitely recommend watching the Blu-ray version, but this 4K was even cheaper and included both, AND a digital copy, so still an awesome buy.

Heat has quickly become an all time classic & one of my all time favorite movies ever. Michael Mann has created a dang near perfect movie that will be rewatched for many years to come.

The movie of course is great. The downside is that the slipcover is damaged. Sending customers product in this condition is pretty lame.

Bad 4K, picture is weirdly dark. But blu ray is great.

I initally thought with all the negative reviews that this disc was not worth picking up. Its not the case. I think alot of negative reveiws come from watching this on low budget displays. VIDEO: The detail in the image is outstanding on my TCL QM8. HDR is great with the darker scenes. AUDIO: No change from the standard blu ray. This is the best way to watch the movie. You just have to have non entey level equipment.
