It was easy to setup and it runs quietly. I like being able to set the humidity that I want to maintain in the house and it will do the rest. My only complaint is that it is not a topfill, which would make it much easier.

I've only had the humidifier about a month, but so far it has performed great. I like the design - easy to operate and clean. Operation is quiet with cool mist, but can be a bit noisy when using the heated vapor on a high setting.

This humidifier Is the best I have ever owned. Will be buying another for a different room.

Filled with water and plugged it in. Left the room and came back 20 mins later. It was shut off, I tried to turn it back on and it wouldn’t power back on. Returned.

Make sure to use distilled water to avoid a cloudy house

Although It has every features that I need, there is something wrong with it. About item: -I put it on carpet, I'm not running it at the highest mist but all around it get wet. So I afraid it will produce mold on carpet. -Also, it resets to default everytime when you filled up the tank. -At 2nd grade cool mist, you need to fill it up every 24 hours. -And I believe the humidity meter isn't accurate because let's say it shows 55%, turn it off and on. it starts showing 45%. How does it happen within a second? For Best Buy! at the check out, it offered me same day store pick up or 2 days free delivery. I needed it ASAP, so I choosed same day store pick up option. It was available to pick a week later. Overall, if I can find better one for price, I'm going to return this one.

Expensive item with short life span. Do not buy. Worked for a short time. Then epic failure! Called company. They did not honor the warranty.
