I really enjoy the series on television and now that I have it on blu-Ray...I get to watch when I want

Great story, great acting, great characters. One of the best Westerns I ever saw. Better than Clint.

I recorded all the series on DVD from cable. These are crisp and without editing errors (ahem),

Set in the 1800's and shows how the railroad is trying to progress-with blood,sweat and hard work!!!

It was very suspenseful and lots of action. Western type seasonstuff are very interesting.

Bought this for my husband who loves the story line of building the railroad west.

It started out a bit iffy in it's first season, but by the second found it's legs and has only gotten better since. I found season 4 to be the best season yet. I'll miss the show when it's gone.

This is a great series, but the writing is starting to get a little bit redundant, and running out of ideas. OK OK, only Bohannon can get the railroad built. We've heard it for four seasons.

Hell on wheels is an excellent show. Plenty of action and excitement.
