Ron Perlman did an amazing job acting as Hellboy, top notch hands down and David Harbor did a great job as well!!! Story was solid, the costume and effects were good as well. I enjoyed the new reboot, nice to see the red latex suit gone from previous Hellboy's and hope they put out a few more Hellboy's with David Harbor.

I truly feel this is a dvd only type movie, it was decent, however you can’t replace Ron Pearlman & just don’t think it is big screen worthy. Again I’ve seen worse, and there’s a few good parts & sometimes it felt like you were watching the original, in the end it was only decent can’t say I would buy it again

Not a bad movie I enjoyed it. I still liked the other 2 hellboy movie a little more. The first round of the movies filled in the hunter side of the storie and the interaction with the people around the caterers was better. If you did not see the first you will like this it has a darker side to it.

While not the same as the Guillermo's Hellboyz, this was entertaining and had good visuals on 4k. It's not as bad as everyone says it is. It's got some moments to appreciate and be like "cool" about. Get only if you're a hellboy fan of the comics and just want another hellboy type movie in 4k.

Hard to get used to the new Hellboy after Ron Perlman's great portrayal and Guillermo del Toro's vision. A relaunch that looks like it's setting up a slightly darker world. Creator Mike Mignola was a producer and seems pleased with the newest vision, which follows his work more closely.

The movie never succeeds at surpassing the previous two installments with Ron Perlman, but it does introduce new horror elements previously unseen. The movie is a 3 out of 5. This exclusive SteelBook with Hellboy creator Mike Mignola's artwork on the cover is a 5 out of 5. Thus the 4/5 rating.

This isn’t the Del Toro/Perlman Hellboy which I loved those movies. Still the story actually pulls more from the comics than previous films and David Harbour rocks it as a more teenage like inexperienced Hellboy. It’s sad this most likely won’t get a sequel it was a fun flick.

Preferred Ron Pearlmon like most fan boys but enjoyed this interpretation. Good story that sets up a universe for sequels unfortunately doesn't seem like we will get them unless enough people buy this one. Hard r so dont watch with the kiddos not that kind of superhero movie.

This UHD movie comes with a great, but imperfect, picture. At times the color scheme can seem off, especially in skintones. Additionally, it tends to be a tad bit over saturated; overall, it is a good picture and a decent addition to one's movie collection.

The general word on this movie was poor, so I avoided it at theaters. It was on sale on Black Friday, so I picked it up. I ended up really enjoying it. It's a lot more gory than the original, but the tone and attitude of the comic are still there.

I enjoyed the first two hellboy movies and thought Ron Perlman was perfect for the part. Being a fan of David Harbour from Stranger Things, I was looking forward to this, but this Hellboy was a bit whinier and his costume/makeup just wasn’t as good.

This also has a lot of cursing, therefore I do NOT recommend watching this with children under 9. Though it is good and entertaining, yet not the best as the other Hellboys are not that bad after all. I do recommend for any Hellboy fan

Despite no doing well at the box office I really believe they did a good job with this updated version of hellboy but what’s even worse is the end credits hint of Abe being in the sequel so I hope they come back with the same cast and do one.

Its a good movie, great effects and action. Its a fun movie of loud music, almost being a music video. But if your like me liking anything of Hellboy, buy this 4K DVD. Try not to compare it to the Pearlman Hellboy, because it is different.

I thought this was a good carry over from the original Hellboy. It was exciting, and Good ol' Hopper was a good Hellboy, and John Wicks Hotel Guy was good to see too. I don't know what the major complaints were, but I enjoyed thoroughly.

Watched this movie with little expressions due to Ron Perlman not reprising his role however I enjoyed the story and had some laughs. Much more of a hack and slash movie than the other installments and I think that helped it out as well.

Not as good as the original (baby bellboy was better looking and acting in the original), and there just wasn't the same commaraderie as in the the first 2. Still a fairly good storyline and good CGI. But there was something missing.

Pretty good, very gory though with the bad language. I liked it but unfortunately my 7 year old who wants to watch is going to need another 5 or 6 or 10 years until I think it would be more appropriate for him. Sorry bud!

Many people are being critical of this movie in a bad way. I think it’s a great adaptation of hellboy and a continuance of the series. In many ways this is better than the original hellboy’s films. 4K looks amazing!

Hellboy isn't for everyone. This take is a pretty decent one. There probably wont be a better movie than the first nor a better actor than Ron P. But this was a good movie. It stayed true to its comedic, comic book roots.
