Very sharp, but also serrated so they don't make a nice clean cut. They tear our meat into little bits. We will continue looking for our dream steak knifes. We would not buy these again and we would not recommend them.

Excellent knifes, cut thru my steak with just one pass (very sharp). I'd like just a little more weight in the handles, but for the price....these are perfect.
