    Hercules has been streaming on Netflix for over a year now, so this release isn’t the first time we’ve had a chance to see it in HD. Because I recently saw it streaming in HD, I was surprised at how much better this Blu-ray release is. The quality is hard to compare visually; the Blu-ray is so much crisper. The differences are even bigger when it comes to sound. The remastered sound is absolutely incredible. This quality of audio and video is matched throughout the five different releases. As far as special features go, Hercules doesn’t offer that much. The Making of Hercules is a nice feature, but the music video and sing-along aren’t really that special. Hercules is one of Disney’s best animated movies, and given the technical quality of the Blu-ray, it’s a must purchase.
