Hercules is the story of the titled hero of Greek mythology and his adventures with Jason and the argonauts. After saving the king's daughter, Iole from a chariot accident, he finds himself in love with her and must complete a series of quests alongside Jason to win her. This is the original tale of Jason and the Argonauts (the later self-named having Hercules in more of just a supporting role rather than lead). A note of interest, when looking this particular title up, you will find three different release dates from 1957-1959. Even IMDB shows 1958 and 1959.

Steve is great as Hercules. Some of the plot gets a little thin at times but over all a good movie.
