I did not get a chance to see this movie when it was out at the theatre. The movie was good, Dwane Johnson doesn't do a lot of his normal cheesy lines. However, I feel like they showed the best clips in the previews and trailers. I would still say it is worth owning exceptional effects.

We purchased this movie for a movie night and then a week later it appeared on Netflix so it was a bit pointless to buy the only thing worthwhile was the fact it is a best buy exclusive and we enjoyed watching it in 3D. But if you are a movie collector by all means go get it.

This is quite a great movie. Especially if you like mythical types of story lines. The fighting. The scenery. Even the acting is god like in this movie. Get ready to be wowed when you watch this one and turn up the sound. I certainly was amazed by how much I really enjoyed this.

Since there are other adventures with the main character, this one shows how the legend can be enhanced through rumors and talk. The action is great but the main characters are not real strong. However, for action adventure movie, you can't go wrong and again the good overcomes the bad within the time frame of the movie. Some of the scenes really stand out! But you will have to see it to find out what they are,

Great sea for under $20. Brings 3 discs.behind the scenes deleted. Blue-Ray DVD, and digital download. Great action that the whole family can enjoy. See it on your tv or your phone or tablet. You also get a honest look on how the movie was made and all the effort to make it.

Possible Spoiler - They did a new take on an old story. What if Hercules wasn't the Son of a God . . . or is he? What if the odd creatures weren't real, but stories to make him sound stronger? A new Twist, but really still great to watch how they did it. Really liked it.

Dwayne makes SO Many movies and this one just slips into the above average category. Trying to make the story of Hercules into the real world of BC Greece it does a decent job. Enjoyed it.

I enjoy the movie a lot , It was one of the movies that brings you back to the old style Heroes in a higher technology action with Dwayne Johnson as Hercules . I would recommend it in Blue Ray to get more out of this film to add to the Hercules battles and adventures.

Once again, I would not buy this movie for myself, but my 2 college aged sons wanted to see it and missed it when it was out in the theater. They thought it was fairly entertaining and it was a Black Friday sale item, so certainly worth what I paid for it.

This is the first movie that Dwayne acted his character and not The Rock. The movie was more than I had expected. The special effects blended well with the plot. I don't think the casting could me better. I enjoyed the movie and it was fun to watch.

I went in with low expectations, but the movie was entertaining, well acted, had good action scenes and an interesting plot premise on the Hercules legend. A pretty good first two-thirds of a movie. It was superior to 300 Rise of an Empire, Clash of the titans remake, etc... The 3-D was decent with a couple good pop out moments.

Much better than the reviews would have you believe, they actually worked to develop a plot with an interesting twist, and spent time trying to develop the characters, rather than just sit back and let the Rock's mucsles do all the heavy lifting

This is similar to the old Conan movies with a band of warriors lead by the main hero, Hercules. It is nothing like the TV show this is more violent.

This was a much better movie than previous versions of Hercules in my opinion. It really explains the difference between the man and the myth.

First of all Best Buy had the best price. Second, I like the Rock's movies. Plus, I grew up watching Hercules movies. This is the best so far since the old Hercules movies.

Hercules is a great popcorn flick that entertains you - not in the most sophisticated way to the least, but it's a fun movie! Great special effects & some cool action scenes. If your a fan of the "Rock" it's definitely worth checking out.

Hercules is an entertaining movie with plenty of action. The story is fairly strong and the acting is slightly better than most movies of this kind. This is a slightly different take on the legend of Hercules but it's a fun movie overall

I had seen this in the Theater before buying it for my collection. It is full of action & I found it much better than the " Movie Critics" did. I enjoyed the 3D which has it's moments. It is not as good of 3D as Avatar, but that is what is what everyone I know thinks is the best ever. If you like " The Rock" then you will like this one. get some popcorn & enjoy

Hercules is an epic movie, excellent action and fighting scenes and also shows another part of his story. This Blu-ray/DVD (UV Digital Copy with Bonus Disc is jam packed with everything and has alot of great extras. This is a must buy.

Good movie with some hidden comedy, lots of good fun action, and great fighting scenes. I like most of Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson's movies including this one, even though it doesn't reflect the real Hercules Greek myth and legend.
