After the start of the first season, the show returns to make people believe in ancient Greece again

Although a bit dated now, Hercules the Legendary Journeys was a fan favorite back in its day. Although at times cheesy, and without a doubt, it played around with Greek myth quite a bit, it was still an entertaining show that can delight a new generation today.

I can't really say I grew up watching this show (timing is not quite right), but I still have a soft spot for this series. Is it realistic? No, but I'm not watching something based on Greek myth for realism, am I? It's a fun series to watch.

I loved this show when I first saw it years ago and it just keeps getting better every time I watch it!!!

Have really enjoyed watching these since I mostly watched Xena when they were airing on tv.

Anyone who loves fantasy shows can get enjoyment out of this dvd set.

Season two of Hercules the legendary journeys has a lot more laughs because Bruce Campbell guest stars on both shows of Hercules and xena . Bruce Campbell does a excellent job acting as the king of thevies. This show has plenty of comedy like mordern language, plenty of martial arts fighting mix with Kung fu, karate, judo, Akiado, and lots of crazy gods trying to get Hercules.

Very good TV show that they no longer air working on the rest of the series.
