This bundle was well worth it for the sale price compared to the in game prices for each individual item. I wanted the heroes, which take a while to earn enough in game currency to buy. The skins and mount were the icing on the cake. I definitely recommend to someone getting into HOTS when this bundle is on sale.

I been playing League of Legends for some time, and it can be quite overwhelming and tough at time. What if Blizzard decided to make their own version, and Heroes of the Storm is born. As I'm writing this the 2.0 update hasn't came out yet. This game is more forgiving and kinder then League is. Instead of individual leveling your team and yourself level up together, so no one get left behind. Also all the characters are from all of Blizzard games, WarCraft, Overwatch, Diablo, StarCraft. So your all good, and with the 2.0 update it'll be even more rewarding.

Heroes of the Storm is a free MOBA game that Blizzard offers on Battlenet. This box contains cards for five free characters (Sonya, Li-LI, Zeratul, Zagara, and Valla) which are essential to any beginning player. This also comes with an exclusive mount to use and various perks for other Blizzard games. Although you can earn these characters in game, its cost and time effective to purchase it in this bundle.

I bought this knowing that it contained game codes for Heroes of the Storm. I didn't know they included a plastic Heroes of the Storm themed coaster as well. The Coaster is a replica of what I believe used to be "Physical media". It's a great quality coaster that has held my beverages well.

There's a lot of value in this box. It also included 2 Hearthstone Classic Expert Packs, and redeeming the Mount gives you a Portrait in game.

But like a previous review said, many heroes are not. Well, up to 7 are free every week. The heroes included in this starter pack are pretty fun to use. Bought it from BB just to earn points.

Great game and great value. 5+ heroes for $20 is a great deal $16 if youre GCU. Must buy for any one who enjoys playing this game and doesnt have the included heroes or at least some.

HoS is a great game for all levels. The starter pack gives you a nice start of characters to get settled in the game.

Many heroes are not. I couldn't get the file to download directly from blizzard, so i bought this and got a random assortment of heroes. Gamer's club discount on top of price made it even better and cheaper than through blizzard.

Yes, Heroes of the Storm is free-to-play with transactions in the form of heroes you permanently unlock. This starter set though gets you some of them right out of the box so that you can have some persistent characters to work with instead of being at the mercy of the weekly rotation. Inexpensive entry point.

The started pack is great, great value on all the heroes, the skin and the mount. It also came with a hearthstone pack code. I am very happy, it does what it supposed to do, it makes a great gift too!

I ordered this pack, and started to enter the codes into the game. Apparently I entered the costume card before I entered the character code. This gave me the character and the costume for free. i was able to give the extra character to my friend. Great deal!

I'm not a big fan of "free to play" games but this game is pretty good as far as FTP games go.

Heroes of the Storm is the quintessential Blizzard game. They take an existing genre (In this case the Multiplayer Online Battle Arena or MOBA) and create their own version that may lack some of the deep deep complexity of its rivals, but offers up a level of polish and just plain fun that is second to none in the industry. If you're a hardcore PVP gamer or a MOBA veteran, you MAY be turned off by the lack of super detailed strategy in the core game. Games are shorter and more straighforward than in other MOBAs, there are no items so builds are basically restricted to a handful of talent choices for each character, and the Roster is small but growing. But if you're new to the Genre like I was, or you're burned out on some of the bigger standard titles, or you just love and trust Blizzard games, give it a shot The only cons: Graphics are a bit mediocre for a 2015 game. The in-game economy leaves something to be desired - the heroes and skins are all more expensive than they feel like they should be, and the baseline rate at which you accumulate gold feels too slow. Also, you really have to like the genre on some level, or otherwise it's gonna feel difficult, boring, and unrewarding. Luckily, the game is free to play. This box set includes a bunch of heroes, a skin, and a mount for much cheaper than they are in game - so if you try it and like it, pick up this box set to grow your roster and have more fun!

If you haven't given Heroes of the Storm a shot, go download it for free and see for yourself. This box is a great deal for new players, however, with solid heroes and a pretty decent mount. Well worth it.
