More of the same like the previous four seasons.

It would be hard to address some specific issues without crossing over into spoiler territory, but I found many of the key plot points to be heavy handed and clumsily implemented. Ends with the possibility of a season 2, but if so, it came across as a very weak ending considering what the main characters had just dealt with. If you liked the first Heroes series, however, you'll probably find some enjoyment in this one as well.
