This bike is great! I live next some trails in Nor Cal, and this bike has enough power to help me up some really tough climbs. Battery range has also been ample for my needs. Love the bike!

I've had a couple of very bad experiences with this model and company. Multiple malfunctions! App never worked! ZERO customer service! Arguing on warranty claim and return to the point of having to dispute with credit card company. PLEASE do your research and do not get scammed by this company!
