My new bike has a bad brake detector. See tevh suppot response. Dont buy it unless you ate willing and capable of repairing it at you own expense.

I bought this bike in Nov. 2023 and it is now June 2024 and I love my bike. Truth is, I am too short to ride it, but that has not stopped me from enjoying it. Putting it together took me like 2 hours when it arrived so have someone there to help you to make it go by faster. It can be a little difficult to fold which I've done once with the help of my husband, especially since it is heavy but other than that, I have it parked in the garage along with the car and it's been smooth sailing. I enjoy that it has blinkers for left and right, and lights for driving in the night. It also has a horn which I've used a few times but It's not crazy loud but enough to get someone's attention. I mostly use this bike to drive my toddler around in a hatchback trailer attached. It's been a fun ride for the both of us going to the park, going to the grocery store, events that are near the apartment. I try not to go over 10mph on the bike with him due to safety concerns but with his helmet, we've gone a little faster in safe areas. I've reached the max speeds and I think I've gone even faster down hills but the speed is true. To save on battery life, I do recommend setting your speed and pedaling to maintain it, I mostly use the just electric feature when I need to go up a hill and it is a struggle or when I need to cross the street quickly. All in all, this purchase has been worth it for my needs. I also bought this when it was on sale! Before I forget, this bike has a GPS feature so you can lock/unlock with your phone and can track it if it gets stolen and it alerts your phone if it does but that part is an extra feature you have to pay for.

Bought this bike 2 months ago and mostly love it. I just wish I ordered from Hey bike online instead of Best Buy. I would have received a free basket PLUS another year warranty for the exact same price! With an E-Bike another year could make a BIG difference! It says it has a range of 55 miles (coasting down a hill maybe) but at the very most I've ever gotten is 22 miles and it doesn't seem to matter if I pedal a good portion of those miles or not. Love the brakes, turn signals & brake light but the display is really hard to read, and I wish it had tenths of a mile on the trip odometer but overall, it's fun to drive. First thing I did was get a better seat. I now have about 225 miles on it and other than mileage I have to say I Love it.

I have ridden this bike for 3.5 days now and the range is amazing. In 6-7 miles my battery goes from 100% to 94-95% this is with a mix of using the throttle and pedals. So its possible it can be even better when only pedaling. The weight can be heavy for sure but the benefits to folding helps with storage and traveling. I’ve taken it to go mountain biking and it handle it like a champ on the jumps, downhills, and uphills.

So far, I would give this vehicle high marks. Top speed is around 29 mph with 150 pound rider. Hydraulic brakes are excellent. 750 watt hub has torque. Horn and turn signals work well.

Great Bike . Super sturdy. Cool features like blinkers, night lights and breaks work like a charm. It is a bit heavy. I would not recommend for a woman unde 5'5. Overall...great purchase.

Overall, great bike but it needed many adjustments out of the box. Brakes were not properly configured and it wouldn't shift gears. Also, the instructions to assemble it were awful. But, now that I got it all sorted out, it's a great bike! The only complaint I would have now is that the display can be buggy, showing that it's not on when it is (and I'm riding it). But, I just turned it off and back on and the problem went away. Hopefully it stays that way. Lastly, customer service from Heybike is abysmal. It's about as bad as it can get. They don't reply to emails or calls.

So far so good. I've had my Heybike Tyson for a month, have rode it 125 miles. I like everything about this ebike. Seems well made, with good components. Very powerful motor. Good gear shifting and derailer. Smooth pedal assist at level 2, which is where I keep it 90% of the time. Really like the full suspension, hydraulic brakes, lights, and display. I'm hoping this bike lasts 5 years; I'd be happy with that.

Fun to ride, folds easy for truck transport, and admired by firends and family! Now, my wife wants a Tyson.

Great Bike!! Handles great, battery life is very good. Switches clean, and smooth. All around nice bike. My spouse is a little over 300lbs and rides with ease. No complaints or issues with her bike.

I have had Tyson bike for about 7 months and am highly satisfied with this Ebike. It is realiable and rides very well. No issues so far but I only have 80 miles on bike. Very smooth bike and quiet.

Assembly instructions not th best and would prefer the speed to be adjusted by the throttle not by computer settings

Great just a little on the squeaky side...works great speed assist breaks...it awesome..hope I get the gift card so I can get a scooter

It rides nice and has good power and speed. Battery lasts for days of riding. Set up was easy and Best Buy had easy pick up options. There is no way it is rated for the advertised 400lbs though.

Its the best bike I've ever invested in. Great,it feels good on the bumps and going up hill is super.

Best value I found on the internet, loved it so much I got a second one for my kid so we can ride around together.

Great bike for cruising around or go to work. Battery lasted long. Charging time when first arrived, was about 3 hours. Definitely catches the eye, bought the black and gold. Love it!

This bike works great I'm a big guy almost 400 lbs and it easily carries me. My wife loves it and enjoys riding it as well all we did was change out the seat for more comfort.
