I bought it on sale. Handle is a little wobbly and brakes a little too rough. It can easily throw you off board. Otherwise it is a well lit and an alright scooter.

I bought this scooter for my 13 year old for Christmas. He liked it WAY more than i thought he would. He was so excited and rode it immediately. I even let him ride it a mile to our kids' house for Christmas supper. We charged it after his 1st ride. It charged for about 20 minutes, said it was full, and now it won't charge at ALL. The charging pack stays on Green, which I think is sending a message to the scooter that it is already charged, but it's not charging at all. Pretty bummed, I have to take it back to Best buy today because it's under warranty, but I'll probably get something different because this thing is a piece of junk. He's so bummed

I really do love the scooter. It works really well and brings me to A&B. I use it when it’s not raining to go to work and it has been a good upgrade for not relying on the bus and Uber. I do wish It has blinker so

The product is great for daily use and works well overall. However, the advertised range of 17 miles is inaccurate—it only lasts for about 8 miles at best. Aside from that, everything else functions as expected.

Great scooter, have been using it for a few weeks and I have nothing but good things to say about it, this suspension is a little bit rough, but that is because they have non-pop tires so honestly, it balances it out.

I've been using the Hiboy S2 Electric Scooter for a few weeks now, and I’m honestly really impressed with it! Here’s why I love it: Smooth Ride: The ride quality is excellent. The 8.5-inch tires handle bumps and rough sidewalks well, giving me a smooth and comfortable ride. It’s perfect for my daily commute, and I rarely feel jolted, even on uneven surfaces. Speed and Power: It has a top speed of 18.6 mph, which is more than enough for city commuting. Whether I’m zipping around the neighborhood or cruising on bike paths, the scooter offers a solid boost without feeling like it’s struggling, even on slight inclines. Battery Life: The battery life is impressive too! I can easily get around 10-13 miles on a single charge, which is perfect for my needs. It charges relatively fast as well, so I don’t have to leave it plugged in overnight. Foldable and Portable: One of the standout features for me is how easily it folds up. I can quickly fold it in half and carry it inside to charge or store it in my apartment. It’s lightweight enough to carry but sturdy when you’re riding. Build Quality: The Hiboy S2 feels solid and durable. The frame is sturdy, and the handlebar grips are comfortable. The scooter also comes with a solid braking system, making me feel safe when stopping or slowing down. Affordability: Considering the price, I believe the Hiboy S2 offers great value for the money. It's a fantastic entry-level electric scooter that doesn't break the bank but still delivers impressive performance. In conclusion, I would definitely recommend the Hiboy S2 to anyone looking for a reliable and fun electric scooter. Whether you’re commuting, running errands, or just want to have fun riding around, this scooter is a great option.

This scooter has been defective since we purchased it. I would have wrote it off as regular wear and tear if I had not purchased 2 at the same time and only one has giving me all of these issues. HIBOY ideal of customer service is to send a video and have the customers to fix scooters and that is not acceptable nor is it safe. When something breaks in the first year its purchased they wont fix it they send you a video and tell you to fix it yourself. They will send a part but It takes about a month or more to even recieve the part that's needed. You have at least a years warranty on the scooter but refuse to replace it. This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. HIBOY should not be allowed to sell products that are faulty. The tire came apart 4 months after i purchased it. It took 2 months to get the part and it is broken again.

The Hiboy S2 is a solid foldable scooter for commuting. It’s sturdy, easy to fold, and rides smoothly on flat roads. Speed and range are good for city use (about 15 miles per charge), and the brakes feel safe. The only downsides are that it’s a bit heavy to carry and rides can feel stiff on rough pavement. Overall, a reliable and convenient scooter for the price.
