This is another great BBC documentary to own and watch!

Me and my grandson first discovered this on Netflix, and loved every minute of it. It is so informative and delightful, and he enjoyed it so much, he talked of it for days. I saw that Best Buy had it, so I purchased it for his Easter basket. This is a film for the whole family, and it's fun to watch, too.

I always enjoy the BBC's nature releases and this one was no different. This 1-disc set provides an interesting look into the lives of several small creatures including grasshopper mice, chipmunks, and marmosets. My only real complaint was the distracting use of blue screen and compositing to create a number of scenes. I prefer all the footage to be real and nothing to be recreated.

This movie is very interesting to watch. Even though they use some cgi effects, they stay true to nature. It is amazing to see a different perspective that you may not have imagine seeing. The movie isn't expensive and is worth the time to watch.

There were three separate programs. In one they compared the lives of a rodent in the US dessert southwest with one in Africa. They showed a dung beetle at work in another. In added video they showed how they managed to catch the quick scampering of the African rodent.

Great perspective of the tiny critters in nature that often go by unnoticed. Nature is a constant struggle for survival, and more so for these little creatures. If you enjoy nature docs, you'll enjoy this

This movie was just the most amazing production. They really outdid themselves in creating such amazing shots of these small creatures and their plight in everyday life.

Just a great bluray top-to-bottom I absolutely had a blast learning about the Animal Kingdom. Gorgeous footage from a whole new perspective. Excellent !!!

As always the BBC docs are great, but this one is particularly interesting. Give it a shot, you will not be disappointed

Wonderful nature movie. My boys love watching it. The video quality is amazing. They truly out did themselves on this one.

Incredible video ..shows the life of animals at there point of veiw ..great camera angles ...great shots of a world we hardley know

This was a different take on nature documentaries, and the results were great. Loved the narration by Stephen Fry as well.

This DVD shows how intricately interwoven all life forms are. Everything is important to everything.

if you haven't seen any of these yet, you must pick one up. they are all great.

I like documentaries and especially ones about nature. I enjoyed viewing this. Good picture and interesting storylines.

This gave me a fantastic view into the fast life of cute little critters.
