Great show in the series of his dark materials the series was made from the spin off of The Golden compass highly recommend you watch that as well storyline was fantastic wish they would have made more

His Dark Materials is a great adaptation of the book series. I highly recommend this series.

Disks seem to be working fine! If you’re unsure about the series, try it! The series is tied in with The Chronicles of Narnia. I have not read the books, personally, but love the movies and this series, too! It’s not the typical HBO series where people are naked every episode. Actually, it’s meant for teenagers and upward.

I do not have HBO so I bought this series and it does not disappoint. It is based on a series of books and they have done an excellent job telling the story. I can hardly wait for the three year of the series.

I love this show that HBO has decided to display on Blu-ray his dark materials is such a good continuation and I absolutely love the slipcover I love the storyline and it is so nice that I can get lost in this story.

The second season of His Dark Materials is a fabulous adaptation of Philip Pullman's second novel and it sets what should be an exciting third and final season.

This is a good series. The first season had way more episodes so maybe wait for price to drop some. Don't think this is the end either. I read the books and can see at least two more seasons to come out. I'd rather have waited for the entire...thing to be available. Pretty sure HBO is making this

Great Show very well put together. Blue Ray looks better than it did in broadcast. Pick this up you will love it.

Excellent continuation of the series with the Subtle Knife. Well acted and suspenseful. All around good fun.

Hbo show is ok is everything you can expect from Hbo.

Storyline not as good as Season 1, but good entertainment in general.

A fair television series but hardly wort writing home about.
