If you are buying this TV for the Android TV experience you will be heavily disappointed. The device doesn't have the processing power needed. Android TV apps such as YouTube or HBO Go are prone to regular freezing. It makes the content choppy and unwatchable. You are better off buying a generic TV and attaching an Nvidia Shield to it. Disappointed.

Please perform a factory reset on the television by going to Settings>Device Preferences>Reset. The television will then shut off and after coming back on will prompt you to set up the TV like when it was just out of box. Bought this TV in 2020 and it stopped working by 2021 (With very light usage). The picture quality was below average and no amount of adjustment could fix it. Android tv would have been great if this tv wasn't preloaded with a bunch of bloat ware slowing down the OS.

I’m totally unsatisfied with this TV, is very slow and freezes a lot, I have to unplug it to make it work again. The first 2 or 3 months worked good, but now is a headache.

This tv was really a let down. I got it for my mom for the holidays, and at first she was happy with the high resolution but soon it started having firmware update problems, and they just never stopped. I'm not sure how to fix this issue, there are some message board threads about using a USB drive to update the firmware manually but that also looks hit or miss. I wouldn't buy this again. Ended up just giving my mom my JVC 1080 50" that's been working perfectly for 4+ years and cost maybe the same ~$200 or so.

The phrase "at your best, you are love" is the best way to describe this tv. When it's working, it's really good. Very convenient. However, I have to turn the wifi on and off about 5 times a day to continue to use it. And it's not my connection. I've used 3 different networks and none of my other devices have this issue. This is really a slow laggy tv. The price is good and the features are there, but I would probably recommend another tv over this one.
