Good TV. Quality looks good. Excellent picture for the price point. Great warranty hope I never need it. User interface not bad, but not the best in class. Does the job but somewhat clunky. I would have expected more control over internal options like the wifi hardware to be similar to a pc. So far I am pleased with this purchase.

Bought for my grandson for his dorm room. He loves the picture and color on screen. Other students come to his room to watch and play games.

I was pleasantly surprised with the picture quality at this price point. Best 4k I've seen in this price range.

I was looking for a smart 4K UHD TV on a limited budget. I read all the reviews on this TV. + I googled it to make sure it's what I wanted. I had an 55" LG. But had to take back due to financial issues. Anyways this TV was perfect for me. Got it when it was 379.99$ 4 Hdmi & 3 USB inputs was perfect. And I was hoping I could play my movies and videos from my external hard drive. I can so that made me so happy. + 4 year parts & labor warranty is great. So overall I would highly recommend this TV to anyone looking for one in this size and price range.

I wish I had not taken the advice of the store employee. He insisted that Hisense was great and he wanted one himself. This TV only gets used when we have to because it’s a pain. The smart features gives you Netflix and Amazon, but not a lot of the other apps most of us use now. The remote doesn’t always respond and you have to push the buttons in hard. It’s slow to respond. The audio is trash. The saving grace is that it’s 4K, so you get a good picture and it has a tv tuner, so you can add an antenna and get free local channels. You definitely want a sound bar for this one. The tv I purchased after this one is a Samsung curved tv and the audio blows this and every other flat screen I’ve used out of the water.

I'm posting this in case there are any others out there that wished someone would state further insight in regards to this TV and gaming/ viewing. Purchased this TV for my new Xbox One X as it supports full 4k resolution with HDR and I have been pleasantly surprised with the image quality this TV has produced. I did not have a lot of spending power after the console purchase however wanted something that would still support the console's ability. After updating the hdmi settings on the TV and utilizing the Xbox One X's TV calibration tool, the advanced video settings analysis within my console indicated that the TV was outputting in hdr as well as full 4k. The picture quality is incredible. I was expecting some sort of a step up from standard 1080p as I was not familiar with this brand, however the visual improvement is miles above 1080p. The lighting effects and true colors are truly dynamic with the hdr settings. Additionally the pre-programmed apps such as Netflix work very well and internet integration was seamless however I have only used this feature periodically. One bonus feature supported on the TV however is it's ability to "upscale" non 4k textures up to a 4k resolution. This feature has been especially beneficial when using Netflix or the Amazon Video app however you must have consistent broadband connection otherwise the buffering will cause the texture to look sub 4k. I feel as though this is pretty standard on any TV with downgrading resolution when internet broadband is weak. Also, another concern I had was the response time for gaming. I enjoy online games and response time is a big concern for me. This TV has no issues in this category and I have not noticed any input delay when playing twitch shooters such as Call of Duty WW2 or Battlefront 2. All of this being said, it was done in the default picture mode and not the "gaming" setting that disables many of the additional visual features. I Have had the TV for just shy of 2 months and no issues to report as of yet. If you are looking for a financially inexpensive 4k TV that does support hdr, then I would highly recommend this model.

Overall the picture is good for the price. I do notice that the volume changes, volume goes down.

I was skeptical about buying a Hisense product as I never heard of them. I saw how good the picture was and was very impressed. I looked at reviews, all were very positive. I love the fact it has more than a couple hdmi inputs. The only thing I don't like is that the tv gets loud easily when turning it up a few notches The sounds is really good though. It's got your basic apps that come with most smart tv's. Nothing special which is just fine. I was lucky and got this on sale. I couldn't be happier. Oh, it also comes with a 4 year warranty. Wait, Hisense also purchased Sharp.

WE were interested in a Samsung 40 in. that was sold out, during holidays. the salesman showed us this tv. the picture was just as sharp as the samsung if not sharper. and we got a xtra 3 in of screen for less money. we have had it for about a month and my teenage son always says his PS4 looks best on this TV compared to all others in the house.

At this price point, this is a good choice. Picture is very clear, color is excellent, and contrast is sharp. Options for modifying color, brightness, etc. easy to use. Sound is not great, but I use a sound bar so that's not an issue. The color fades out significantly when looking from the side of the TV, but reviews of similar type TVs indicate that problem is not limited to Hisense. If your living or family room is set up in such a way that some watchers will be looking from the side, you may want to investigate that issue further. For the money, however, this is a great alternative to the higher-priced models, and overall I am happy with my Hisense.

I was hesitant buying this tv because I didn't know that much about it. The picture quality was amazing 4K, plus the remote was very user friendly, the best I've ever seen. I gave this tv a 4 star but only because it didn't have the app "Hulu", and there wasn't a way to download any other apps other than what was already downloaded. Other than that, it's a great tv for the price and also the only tv that has a 4 or 5 year manufacturer warranty compare to other tv brands with only 1 year manufacture warranty.

For the price, this Tv was a fantastic purchase. It has a great modern design with thin bezels. I was very surprised at how solid the unit and the remote felt. Although, trying to put the legs on were a nightmare. It was like they were the wrong ones almost. You have to really crank the screws in there or the tv will lean. Great picture on this panel, not quite like the contrast you see on a Samsung unit, but very sharp and crisp. I found that I use the smart function l the time, even though I have an Xbox one. I highly recommend this product, don't let the brand scare you off.

Purchased this entry level 4k Hisense TV as a Christmas gift. I have a 50 inch version and have been impressed during my 1st year of ownership with the picture. The 43 inch has a great picture. The price might be entry level, but the picture quality far exceeds the price. Great value and picture.

We were looking for a low cost bedroom tv after splurging on our main tv. We determined that a 40-50" size would work best. I didn't recognize the brand Hisense but knew of Sharp, it's predecessor. We found out that this tv carried a 4 year warranty which was super and that we could buy it for less than the 1 year warrantied Walmart Sharp. Loving Best Buy this was a win win. The tv is great with a super picture. Easy aps, great remote and good sound.

The TV's were packaged well with no damage. Followed the instructions and set up went smoothly. Picture and sound is excellent and to date have experienced no problems. Connection to using the smart TV to connect to Amazon and Netflix was easy. For the price it has been a great buy.

TVs are becoming such a commodity that I don’t know if the high priced sets are worth the extra money. This TV delivers a really sharp picture. We use it mostly as Flight Simulator monitor. Viewing it up close and it’s bright and clear.
