If you are considering to purchase ANY Hisense products, be sure to open the box and read the entire warranty before purchasing the product . Under no circumstance do you want to deal with their impolite customer service. After several request to have a manager to call me, I never got that call. I did have 3 supervisors call and after the last call, their customer service rep called 5 times, back to back, to say nothing and hang up. Very unprofessional. After all this, they are completely unwilling to back their products unless you pay out of pocket and spend your time returning items. I would strongly suggest finding another manufacturer to make your purchase. Customer service is not their forte for their cheaply made products.
