I was able to catch this TV on sale. I researched the brand and I found they make great TV's. So I took advantage of the sale and purchased this smart TV. So far it works great. I use it to play games on my PS4. No lag. Bright colors. I love the surround sound. Nicely made TV.

TVs not bad for price after a few weeks there was a small white line on the bottom of the TV and then after a week it went away was hardly noticable only when the screen went black from changing scenes but if it does it again I will change my post after calling the company hopefully we wont find out

We bought this tv as an open-box tv. So it’s had some issues - Netflix has to be reset daily, the tv randomly resets itself entirely, & the sound quits from time to time. But, we don’t know if these issues are normal or if they are because it was an open-box tv. So those aside, it’s a good tv.

This is the second Hisense 4k Tv that I have purchased. I use them for computer monitors. They work great in that capacity. The smart Tv part is a little weak compared to bigger named brands, but it works fine.

Good picture and great price. The one problem is that it drops the internet Alot even if you have it hooked up with an Ethernet cable. I have had to reset my Netflix over 50 times in the 2 months I've owned the TV.

Its a good tv for the low price that it is at and has a user friendly UI but after only a couple of months of owning it, it has gotten really buggy when switching in between built in apps or would be stuck loading (Youtube or Netflix), tons of lagging when even turning up the volume at times, or completely freezing when doing things a bit to fast on it, only solution i found was to disconnect the tv and let it have a full restart which i find very annoying to do when in the middle of watching content and having to do it sometimes everyday of the week

This TV has been a great purchase. I am very happy with it. The picture and color are all good. Even for my picky photographer husband. My only complaint is that Hulu is not available as an app on the TV.

Beautiful picture and great sound! Easy straight out of the box, plug and play. Great remote. Using FireTV streaming device and no problems. Also has plenty of apps already installed as well.

We searched around for a couple of weeks before we made our decision. We couldn’t be happier. Beautiful picture. Easy set up...we actually did it ourselves. I highly recommend this tv.

The TV is a good TV for the price. Good picture; nice sound. The drawback is that HiSense has not made all major apps available (Like YouTubeTV), so I had to invest In Roku, which then limited the savings I had by selecting this TV.

Because I am not technologically Savvy I don’t think this was a good choice for me. I thought I could hook my streaming device up to it ? I thought because it was a smart tv that I wouldn’t have to purchase a antenna.

Gave me no problems, super good TV for the price. The picture quality is great, Netflix, YouTube etc was all extremely satisfactory.

Took advantage of the Black Friday sale in July and have been enjoying my 55" 4K TV. Great picture what a great price - less than $400! Thanks Best Buy!

The Hisense has easy set up, and the remote has intuitive controls. However, the TV loses the signal from time to time from the Roku and from the TV box. The picture quality is good.

Great picture with variable adjustments, easy to attach to tv mounts and hang above fireplace. Remote does everything you need . Only issue is could use better sound.

Tv looks Good sometimes it freezes and has to be unplugged. Keep your receipt

Love the picture but gets kicked out of Netflix constantly. Won’t stay connected to internet.
