The overall picture is good but the sound from the TV itself is not so great. I am also having problems with Netflex and You tube. I had a 50 inch Hisense before this one and it was a whole better. The price was good

If you are looking for a decent 4K tv, This tv is a great way to start. If you are using it for gaming it holds up very well. The only minor problem is you have to tweak around with the picture settings to really get that nice, clear, ambient look. Other than that pretty cool tv

We love the quality of this TV! However, sometimes it’s non responsive after it’s been on for a while. The remote doesn’t work and the power button doesn’t work, which is when we resort to unplugging it and plugging it back in. Other than that, it’s a great TV.

Definitely wasn’t expecting the quality that we got at such a low price. All of the bad reviews can be fixed by playing with the settings. I’d definitely buy a second one for the guest room.

The first feature I was the most excited about with this TV was the Alexa voice control capability. Well guess what? Does not work! Have followed all instructions several times, and at the most it will turn the TV off 1 time, then never works again, I have read many reports from others stating the same problem. Secondly, I loved having the YouTube app, worked fine for awhile, no longer works just gives an error message. Yes I have made sure all software is up to date. Yes I followed all instructions and my internet is connected just fine, I have even uninstalled the Alexa skill, re installed it on my phone, and have reset tv back to factory settings to go through the Alexa set up again. Nothing works, and apparently other people who bought this TV for the Alexa feature have the same problem. As for the YouTube app no longer working, I have no idea how to fix it, and frankly no more energy or patience to start over again resetting the TV to factory settings and going through all of that aggravation again. Would not recommend this TV, would recommend buying a smaller smart tv even if it has less features as long as the advertised features work as described

I bought this to replace a older for non 4K television. The sound from the speakers are great. The picture is good. But it does not do Hulu. This is a average 4K television and good for the price.

It's the best purchase I could have made. The quality is very good, the sound is excellent and all for a low price. Thank you BestBuy for taking care of our family economy and keep giving us the low prices.

I was trying to get a TV that run on a hundred and twenty hurts and this was the closest one and for the price I really like it sometimes it's a little slow but I think it's my in my internet connection it's a little bit far like 20 feet away.

Great picture,great sound,built in blue tooth is the feature I purchased so I could use when on my treadmill with my apple AirPods. The price was very low,happy!

Tv shows good with fire stick, PlayStation 4 also shows good but PlayStation 4 Pro is full HDR and the tv isn’t so the picture quality isn’t that good

The color in this TV is an outstanding feature for the money combined with its size and easy use remote control you'll be hard pressed to find a better 4k TV with hdr

Don’t expect the world out of this tv. Expect a tv that will be will have a good picture will little to no flaws. Refresh rate is not the best, contrast is better than average and colors are not horrible. This doesn’t compare to a Sony tv or a higher end Samsung or LG. But comparing this to a basic Samsung or Lg, there is no reason to spend more money for those name brands. This TV is the way to go for this price. But if you are looking for premium quality, expect to pay premium price

This tv is great for the price 4k looks amazing but regular cable tv looks average, works great with my xbox x so far havent noticed any input lag

was kind of hesitant due to having samsung tvs my whole life but so so so happy i decided to purchase this tv!! great picture & sound.

Picture is amazing! And for the size we actually got a really good deal. We now have 3 Hisense TVs and I recommend this brand to everyone.

I was recommended this TV and I am not disappointed! There’s a shortcut button on the romote for Netflix and YouTube which are pretty much the only things I watch. Great product overall!

I love the Hisense brand. Clear picture and colors. I haven't had any issues with it. A really good price too.
