Cycling too fast through the TV menu causes it to freeze and become unresponsive. While in that state, it would not respond to commands such as power off using the controls on the bottom of the TV. Once you unplug and restart, it works fine with the remote again.

Also called the xfinity Techs twice because I thought it was an issue with them, well I returned it for a Samsung NU7100 and it all works now. I also was getting a pink picture when I was flipping thru the picture settings.
