Very limited as to what apps can be searched and downloaded, such as not have apps such as Spectrum (cable company), FloSports, NFHS Network, etc. I had to purchase a Roku stick in order to use these apps.

So, I took a shot and bought one. It is INDEED a tv worth the small investment. Is it Perfect? It is not. Is it a great value? Yes, it is! I also like the fact that it's a Google TV since we're a Chrome/Google household. Lots to play with!

I have been very happy with Hi-sense after years of not looking at them, thinking they were the wal-mart brand. I have 6 series 65”, and a 7 series 75”. Those TV’s I would put up against any of the big brands!!!

I had a Vizio before, ended up breaking it during a move so was looking for another one and seen the Hisense 55" q5d so I liked the price and it is a good tv I would recommend it.

I hooked up an Ethernet cable and it's working fine. I'm hoping it was just a bad unit.

I get that TVs with their own operating systems can be wonky (see insignia TVs) but this TV has not provided me with a great experience. I write this now because I wanted to see if it was still within the return window because it froze up and wouldn’t let me do anything but find the power button on the tv to try a hard reboot. Frus-stray-ted

I love the gaming features and it when I power the tv down it also turns off my PS5 which is a huge plus to all my gamers. The Dolby Speakers are also a PLUS!

The clarity is an adjustment and sometimes it feels that the image moves faster than the volume so they don't align. There are alot of settings and some of the automated may not be best, this could shift to 5 stars if we figure it out :)
