You need to purchase the Best Buy protection with this as their own warranty is a huge hassle. I had the TV for less than months and the screen display suddenly stopped working. The colors are great and ease of use amazing but suddenly no images, no explanation

Got the tv set it up and there us a 23 inch white oval. Best buy is great tho sending someone to look or replace my tv

I have been happy with this TV, but today the screen is stuck on a check for updates screen. My remote cannot do anything. Tech support can't do anything because I can't find the remote that came with the TV. It's still in its baggie. So my only recourse is to buy a new remote!! Hisense tech support can't help me. I am recovering from a procedure so am limited as far as searching. I am not a computer tech. I am so sorry I purchased a TV that is too high tech to work.

Purchased in late November 2024 as a Christmas present for husband to be used at our camper. Didn't use it until late March, & it worked fine. Used it a second time Memorial day weekend, & it had a black streak at top of tv. Used again this weekend (May 29, 2025) & it is completely out.

Defective out of the box and Best Buy called me a liar and said I must have caused it by not transporting correctly. They didn’t even open the box and inspect it. I had to cause a scene for a refund, then they refused to refund to the finance company and would only give me store credit. Ill never buy from Best Buy again.

Got this a day before Black Friday via website. Other 55inch Hisense for about 40$ less but a 4k UHD LCD not QLED like this one on BestBuy, looked at other stores and this Deal is the best overall. Resolution superior of a real 4k 3D perspective of viewing. Never knew of Hisense but the 55" 4k QLED was excellant gamble off a Black Friday Deal for only 240 range! Only bad is the settings function of basic interface options but the resolution overshadows the concerns. Real 4K on these QLEDs models as Hisense one of the better makers for biying one for first time and I didnt regret unlike past 2 years from different brands i bought only to return. Not this Hisense QLED, Got the STEAL of every Black Friday TV sale under the 250$ range for a 55" QLED, the others for same size, price or less do not beat this deal and now limited. If Cyber Monday has these still, buy them.

itis an amazing tv i had tcl last year and it was awful it lacked and sometimes there is only pic and no sound and i had to restart the tv every couple days and it was super slow but this tv from hisense is amazing so fast beautiful colors and sounds ..

This TV was a great deal at the Black Friday prices. The picture quality is excellent and set up was easy. It took a few minutes to download the latest software update and get it going. Altogether less than 30 minutes from unboxing to set up. The QLED display was a marked upgrade from the LED TV I had previously. It is a lot better in the room that I set it up especially during the day when the room gets a lot of outside light. My older LED TV was sometime difficult to see. It made a big difference, and I love the display. This was my first Smart Google TV having previously used Roku and Fire TVs and I am liking the Smart Google TV experience better. I have only had this TV for about a month and so far I find it great. I have two other Hisense TVs, one of which is over 10 years old and still working well (although dated, for which I replaced it with this TV) and moved it to my garage to use during gym workouts. They offer good value in my experience, and seem to last. I would recommend this TV, especially for the sale price.

This is the first non “big brand” TV I’ve owned since rear projection TV’s were all the rage! This TV has been an incredibly impressive performer since day one. Image quality and build is something I would expect in a $2000+ TV. I have a high-end TV downstairs that I am seriously considering replacing with this Hisense TV. The colors are perfect- the motion blur is nearly undetectable during intense scenes and I continue to be impressed. My only criticism is the TVs sound quality- it’s a slightly better than most Flat TVs nowadays, but at minimum you’ll want a sound bar- otherwise this TV surpassed my expectations more than I thought it could. I will be buying more of these in the future.

I have no complaints regarding the TV. It's my first GoogleTV and I like it better than the LG webOS or the FireTV platform. Great picture, its pretty "reflective" during the day when the sun comes through windows, Set up easy, remote is good, but the preset app buttons are annoying when I don't use them. (Ie Hulu instead of Haystack News!!) Overall, great tv on sale when I got it for $218. Gotta mention though, last few times I was in one of the stores, the customer service has either been non-existent or just rude. I always try to order online and pickup instore, had to ask for help carrying the TV to my car... and the young dude LITERALLY rolled his eyes and groaned. Lol. For some reason it annoyed me so much I considered telling him I didnt want it, but glad I didn't because the TV is good.

I paid 230 for the tv and SO FAR it's been great. The picture quality is good, the colors are EXCELLENT and build quality is there. I use it with my firestick so I cant say much about the build in smart tv features but I'm sure its great. I sat it next to my old non QLED tv and you can really notice the difference in color, its like night and day. Would recommend.

So far I love this Hisense QD5 TV. Great picture with clear and vibrant colors! Was easy to set up and my issue with staying connected to the internet has been resolved. Where can you get a Qled for $260.00, 55 in TV? BEST BUY... I recommend it. I usually only buy name brands but when I seen the picture on this TV I had to have it.

This TV is the real deal! Picture quality is so crisp and clear, it feels like you're right there in the action. Sound is awesome too, no need for a soundbar with this bad boy. Easy to set up and navigate the menus, even my grandma could handle it. Tons of streaming apps built-in, so ditching cable was a no-brainer. If you're looking to upgrade, look no further!

Clear picture, perfect color, light wt, easy set up fair price

I purchased a Hisense TV at Best Buy for my son, and it has been an excellent addition to his room. The picture quality is sharp, colors are vibrant, and the built-in smart features work flawlessly. Setup was quick and user-friendly, and the sound is surprisingly good for the price. It’s perfect for streaming, gaming, and everyday use. A great value for a reliable, high-quality TV

I love the look of it. It was easy to set up and the google software is excellent i love it. The sound is so good and picture quality great. It also have a lot of features. The remote is simple and neat and have all the important apps on it as an icon. It is an amazing buy.

After using almost one year I am writing review, picture quality awesome, great speakers with good sound quality; loved audio only feature which give me a great feeling.

I have no complaints about this T.V, it’s everything that I wish it could be, right down to the size picture the apps and google wireless internet and the great low price, I had a Samsung 55in T.V, with similar equipment but the Hisense was a great buy

It’s hard to watch tv on any other tv in the house other than this one (even though our living room one is 10 inches bigger than this one). The quality is just so much better. The QLED really makes a difference.

A very good tv for its price point. Bright screen and very good colors. I use it with my apple tv. The dolby vision makes video look quite nice on it. Sound from the internal speakers is okay, I have mine hooked up to my receiver via optical so I use my stereo. Very customizable, you can turn on and off many features, change screen color warmth and etc. You can even forego the google setup and just use it as a basic tv or for me a monitor for my AppleTV 4k. It’s no oled, or mini led TV but it’s quite good for its price. I’d recommend it.
