Excellent picture quality along with great built-in capabilities. However the remote although stylist is minimalist compared to other brands. Use of it along with other instructions are lacking.

Great TV for what I wanted it for which is for art mode, have set up a return because of it flickering but figured out if i turn off the mode which turns it off upon room being empty and auto turn on when someone is in the room and that eliminated the flicker. now if that feature is important to you then steer away. I love i do not have to have the silly box Samsung Frame requires. looks great above my fireplace and serves my purpose

I bought this to replace my former art display tv by another brand because this was less expensive. I find that the art doesn’t come on and stay on like it did with the other brand which is frustrating because I don’t want it to look like a big ugly tv on the wall. It does its job as a tv though, so I gave it four stars, I just wish the art screen saver would stay on more reliably.

The TV has great image and the mate finish works very well with the displayed artwork. The inage quality od up to par with the Samsung Frame. The library of the art is ok, Samsung has biger but as a paid service in contrast of the Hisense. What needs some polishing is the TV mount, not too bad but some design poslishing would help. Also the UI can use some improvement but in overal it do not hinder the use case.

Let me start by saying this has nothing to do with my service at Best Buy. My sales rep was extremely knowledgeable about this television and showed me a lot of the pluses and the reasons that he felt like it might be a better television, the Samsung frame at a cheaper price. However, the display model in store has a totally different operating software than the television that you take home. Hisense absolutely will not help rectify the situation. I have called no less than 10 times just to be told that what they show in the store is different than what you take home. I would strongly say buyer. Beware there are several options in store that the Best Buy sales rep showed me that were really intriguing and made this a very nice television. You call Hisense and it will be 24 to 48 hours if they call you back and I mean if then when they do, they just tell you after sending them video proof software version numbers that I don’t know what I’m talking about I’ve been more than frustrated with this situation. So, what I would say is stay away from anything that high since makes their customer service is absolute garbage. The reason I’m leaving the review here it here is Hisense does not want feedback. They just want to sell tons of cheap TVs. Also, after a few calls, they will blackball you and won’t even take your call anymore.I do regret not paying a little bit more for a Samsung at this point, but the problem is now the Samsung‘s aren’t on sale anymore. Now I am stuck with a product. I’m extremely dissatisfied with.

Delivery and installation was professional and courteous. Made sure everything worked properly, showed us how everything operated, ensured streaming was set up and cleaned up and removed all debris. We are very happy with the Hisense picture frame TV.

Great TV. Installation was easy. Frame looks good. Had to recess a few outlet covers for it to sit perfectly flat against the wall. But of work but I’m very satisfied.

Easy wall mount set up. Remote navigation took a bit to get used to. Can easily upload your own art to choose for background or choose from large list of well know artists.
