I replaced a Samsung Q70 with this tv. In my pursuit of next gen features, I bought a Vizio P series Quantum X after the middling reviews and a YouTube personality recommended. Unfortunately, the two HDMI 2.1 we're damaged as seen by the lack of picture until I cycle HDMI ports. I even got a replacement P series Quantum and had the same issue. Since Vizio had poor quality control, I was concerned with the Hisense quality control with their TV's. I am glad to report I was pleasantly surprised. The picture quality is superb, the sound quality is all right, but I am getting a sound bar to fix the issue. The HDMI ports recognize the devices. My only gripe is you have to change the HDMI setting to enhanced in order to get 4k hdr. However once I figured it out it was great. This tv is perfect for next gen consoles. My PS5 runs great on this tv. With this tv you are getting the best bang for your buck. Premium features like HDMI 2.1 for under 1000 dollars. I would recommend this tv to anyone looking for a tv for next gen consoles.

Beautiful picture and works great. Bought for use with ps5, meets all specs. Hdmi 2.1, 120hz, 4k. Note: tv operates like a tablet. It occasionally will need restarts to keep things running smoothly. "Restart" can be found in the settings and will reboot the tv. App problems and ota channel information not displaying were fixed after restart

A really great TV for the price. If you like gaming or watching movies it's really good for both of just one or the other. Didn't have to tweak the colors very much overall a great TV you won't be disappointed. I have a Xbox series x and it's does even you need it to do.

This TV does everything I expected it to and more...picture is clear, colors are vibrant, and gaming on it especially looks phenomenal. Just make sure to plug your 4k gaming device (like a PS5) into the 120 HZ HDMI port.

Purchased this TV for use with an Xbox Series S and Xbox One S for 4K Blu Ray. After setting this up with my audio receiver, I can say this is the best I've had it for the home theater experience. I wanted the 120hz capability for next gen gaming on the Series S, and all the other features like HDR 10 and all the apps for streaming - this TV met all my needs and exceeded them. Adjustments and settings are easy to access, and the Google features are great too. Remote isnt too bad either, a larger size than the tiny Vizio ones I'm used to. I recommend PCM if youre running the audio from your console thru the TV to the receiver if you have one - eliminates the lip sync problem for me.

I’ve read a lot of mixed reviews and bought this because it was the cheapest 55” 120hz 4K tv and Hisense was giving customers a 100 day satisfaction guarantee. I have had it over a month now and I’m completely happy with it. The picture quality is a huge step up from what I had before. I noticed the TV really shows off what it can do when streaming movies. I haven’t really noticed much of a difference when playing the PS5 on it (yes a updated all the settings and I am using a ultra high speed hdmi cable in one of the 2.1 ports). All in all for the price, this is something to seriously look at, and with the 100 day guarantee, you’ve got nothing to loose either.

This Hisense TV is really nice. Some things are a bit different; for instance, the controller does not have number buttons and other fast access buttons, but it's just a matter of getting used to a new way of controlling the TV. The picture is excellent, it so far is a real well-made product. The only thing I miss that this set does not have is a button to enlarge any format screen size. Many movies are made in a wide screen format that leaves your TV with upper and lower black areas. I haven't become used to that yet!

I have had 2 4k tvs and I would have to say this is the best out of them all. Colors pop, I love the brightness, and games play amazing. Would definitely recommend for those looking for gaming specs on a budget. I have to mention a couple of cons; picture can look cloudy sometimes, but this can be due to broadcast resolution/setting calibration. I haven't figured out how to save settings so everytime I turn the tv on I have to adjust settings to my liking again (most likely user error).

I've been a Samsung loyalist for decades, but I kept looking at their lower-end models, and I wasn't convinced. I wasn't willing to shell out more than 1k to upgrade my bedroom tv. I began researching Hisense after seeing the high reviews on here. It led me to several websites and YouTube videos. Without seeing the tv in person, I decided to purchase it for pickup. Installation and setup was easy, and there were no issues connecting it to my wifi. I signed into my Google account and began tinkering with the picture and sound settings. My first reference was The Matrix Resurrections on HBO MAX; I kept my previous Samsung TV and set them up next to each other. The movie on the Hisense looked so sharp and beautiful! The tv took a few seconds to change itself to 4K, and when it happened a Dolby logo appears on the top right corner. The 1st impression was great. I continued downloaded other streaming apps and realized how bad Disney+ is regardless of them advertising high-quality content. HBO MAX and Prime Video 4K helps you see the difference. The control is simple, backlit, and works well. I also purchased the Sony 4K Blu ray player and used The Last Jedi 4K, Interstellar 4K, and Vertigo 4K to test it out, and I was blown away! The details, the movements, the deep blacks are beautiful. If you are on the fence about this tv, don’t be, you can also download Kodi because it’s an Android tv and download apps directly to the tv which is convenient. As a side note, I was previously using an Amazon Firestick 4k on my old Samsung TV. I plugged it into this tv and could tell the difference of streaming qualities; apparently, some movies are capped at quality if you play them through the Firestick, and you can tell by going to Help and Signal Information when playing something.

Good tv. Kind of wish I had gone for the u8g, but it has a lot of technology that will come into play on current game consoles. Blooming on blacks is noticeable and I had it freeze and need a reboot, but the picture quality and brightness is great. UI is plenty quick for me and the apps work well. Biggest annoyance is the bright leds that stay on when you try to turn Google voice off by the physical switch. Overall though happy with the purchase.
