This TV is a great value compared to others. The picture, color, clarity are all great. This TV is extremely bright. It does take a bit to get used to. Would buy again!

I was not happy with my Samsung and decided to give it a try! Blows away by Samsung in a side by side comparison! Clarity and quality are amazing! It was like putting on a pair of prescription lenses. Also cannot beat the price.

Hisense is making GREAT products at a really nice pricepoint. I did all the research and read all the reviews. Screen performs as well or better than many costing double.

Have the TV for over a year. I have been thoroughly impressed with the color accuracy responsiveness of the TV and the brightness game mode has been great with my PlayStation Pro blooming. Isn’t that noticeable even on extremely black scenes would highly recommend any TV in this line.

I was a little hesitant to order the TV but I was completely happy with quality and the picture this TV have. I would buy again if that us any indication on the quality. It is not a few thousands TV but for the value you cant go wrong.

Great picture quality for the price. I was torn between this or oled. I couldn't notice much a distended in quality and this was half the price!

TV has an incredible depth of picture. Shows and movies I have seen before look so amazing that I can get caught up in awe of how it looks and stop following the story line. The sound quality is also impressive and no need for extra sound bar.

Extremely bright and colorful display. Looks as good as my LG C9 OLED without the burn-in issue. Google TV is slower and not as user friendly as LG Channels and Samsung TV Plus but allows you to create a favorites list on the Live tab that combines antenna, cable and app channels. 2 year warranty is a bonus.

Seems to have wifi issues. The picture is great. Sound is good. For some reason as the router is just above the tv the tv reports wifi issues and the remedy seems to be a reset. Connected a LAN cable

The quality of televisions get better every year. This is the best picture you're going to get for this amount of money and the quality is comparable to a Samsung OLED TV.

Great value for money and does not disappoint... Good sound despite its size and price point

The picture is very sharp and the colors are bright and very realistic. The downside is the controller. It is a bit confusing and it is hard to believe that it has a pause function BUT fast forward or reverse function. This basic lack may be a deal breaker. It is really hard to understand why it is missing in a so called smart TV

No huge complaints except it seems to require constant fiddling with the different HDR settings. Remote is awesome. Sound is incredible for a TV. Mine developed an issue that was covered by the warranty thankfully but still not ideal. I've never had a set crap out on me in under a year before

I purchased this tv based upon all the rave reviews I read and watched. And they were right. The Hisense U8 is a feast for the eyes. And it's smart the way a 'smart tv' ought to be. I can't recommend it highly enough.
