It would actually be a 4.5 star rating. There was a couple hiccups with delivery, but once that was handled, I was able to start loving my TV. I have only owned one other Hisense tv that was not a smart tv but I liked it so much I decided to give this one a try. So far, so good. The size is just right for my needs and is bigger than my last tv.

Good TV for price, fast scenes do have stuttering

very good TV for the price, if you watch a lot of action fast paced scenes this may not be the best choice for you as there's a decent amount of stutter and artefacts during fast scenes despite the refresh rate. But other than that, backlighting is very good, colours and HDR are pretty impressive (again for the price)

I’m am so pleased with my new tv for the quality of the pic is like I’m watching tv in person .. this is my second tv from best buy and I will definitely buy another I’m one satisfied customer for the customer service was excellent and they knew everything about my purchase before I purchased and I was pleased
