The Hisense U6GR Quantum Series 4K Smart TV is no exception, promising remarkable picture quality and a range of smart features, all without breaking the bank. In this review, we'll delve into the details to see if this TV lives up to the hype. Product Overview: The Hisense U6GR is a 65-inch 4K Smart TV that falls into the quantum dot category, promising vivid colors and impressive contrast. It boasts Dolby Vision HDR and HDR10+ support, ensuring that you get the most out of your favorite movies and TV shows. With built-in Wi-Fi and smart capabilities, it opens the door to a world of streaming content. Key Features: Picture Quality: The standout feature of the U6GR is undoubtedly its picture quality. The quantum dot technology delivers rich, accurate colors and deep blacks, making for a cinematic viewing experience right in your living room. Dolby Atmos Sound: The TV supports Dolby Atmos, providing an immersive audio experience that complements its stunning visuals. The sound quality is clear and crisp, though audiophiles may still prefer a dedicated sound system. Smart Features: The TV runs on the Android TV platform, offering access to a wide range of apps and streaming services. Google Assistant is integrated for voice control, and the interface is user-friendly. Design: The U6GR features a sleek and modern design with slim bezels and a minimalist stand. It will fit nicely into most home entertainment setups. Performance Evaluation: During testing, the Hisense U6GR truly shone in terms of picture quality. Whether watching 4K content, streaming on Netflix, or gaming, the colors were vibrant, and the clarity was exceptional. HDR content, in particular, looked stunning. The Dolby Atmos sound was impressive, providing a decent audio experience for built-in TV speakers. However, audiophiles may consider investing in an external sound system for an even more immersive experience. Setting up the TV was straightforward, and the Android TV interface was responsive and intuitive. Streaming services like Netflix, YouTube, and Disney+ ran smoothly, and the Google Assistant voice control worked well for searching and navigating. Pros: Outstanding picture quality with quantum dot technology Dolby Atmos support for immersive audio Android TV with a wide range of streaming apps User-friendly interface and voice control Competitive price point for the features offered Cons: Built-in audio, while good, may not satisfy audio enthusiasts Limited app selection compared to more established platforms like Roku Some users may find the remote control slightly basic Conclusion: The Hisense U6GR Quantum Series 4K Smart TV impresses with its spectacular picture quality, smart features, and budget-friendly price tag. It's an excellent choice for those looking to upgrade their home entertainment setup without breaking the bank. While it may not match the premium offerings of high-end brands, it certainly delivers exceptional value for the price. If you prioritize picture quality and smart functionality on a budget, the U6GR is a strong contender in the market.

Great TV for the price!
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This TV replaced an older 55 inch Hisense TV that I had. This one is vastly superior. Amazing picture quality and brightness. The Roku interface is awesome and responds very fast with the remote. I just logged into my Roku account and all my settings from my old TV popped up onnthe new one. If you can find this TV, BUY IT! I got the very last one at my store and i consider it a bargain!

“ULED”? Try “PERFECTION”
||Posted . Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.AWESOME!!! I was kind of skeptical about this because everyone is always pushing Samsung. But it’s way better than anything I could imagine. Images are crisp, colors have so much depth and character, and the sound quality is superb. I put this tv through the ultimate test. I tried the speakers on various genres of music, and it handles all of them extremely well. Even the intricacies of classical were no match for it. I tried the picture with content of all genres. Where the 4K isn’t applicable, the quantum dot layer brought out detail that I never knew was there. Even in old movies like white Christmas. I was not so amazed yet, until I tested it on the ultimate… Star Wars. Yes! The action was soo close it was like 3D. The sound was breath taking coming from all angles with Dolby Virtual Surround, and the local dimming feature makes laser blasts actually shine brighter than the rest of the screen, even to the point that your eyes tear. Don’t understand the Hisense skeptics. Also, for those thinking Samsung is better, might I point out that when you’re watching non 4K content on a Samsung, it stretches the image to fill out a 3840x2160 frame. On a Hisense ULED, the image is not stretched but rather redrawn using the data that the AI engine collects from shadow and light levels in the picture, making for picture closer to 4K than those that simply stretch content to fit the frame.

Great QLED TV
||Posted . Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. Was slightly hesitant at first as i spent a long time combing reviews and opinions. Was going to get the TCL 6, but ended up going for this and im not disappointed one bit. Picture quality is amazing for the price and although it isnt 120hz, for gaming on my PS5 with HDR its brilliant! Got the 65 for $499 and couldnt be happier.

Hisense solid for the $$
||Posted . Owned for 2 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Great TV for the $. Replaced a Samsung that originally cost about 3 times as much. The Roku interface is fine and the quality for everything from movies to games or sports is solid. I’m don’t spending $1500 on TVs that last 5-6 years. This thing is solid.

Best TV you can get for $499
||Posted . Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Got this during the cyber flash sale and it is worth every penny. Local dimming works great and has a wide color gamut and good color volume. Dolby vision also works great and has the brightness to make HDR content pop. Watching anime on this TV is a treat for my eyes! Bonus is the HDMI 2.1 ports with eARC which is unheard of at this price point and the Roku TV software works smoothly with a good selection of apps. Overall, I highly recommend this TV and you won't regret getting one.

Really good value priced TV
||Posted . Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This is my 2nd 65 inch 4K LED TV. I’m really amazed at the value you get for $500. Deep colors, dark blacks, no picture issues, perfect for my kind of viewing. I don’t game. I like the Roku interface since that’s what I use on my other TVs. The speaker system is ok, but I use an old 5.1 audio system and NHT speakers for my sound with the optical cable so the sound is passed through the TV to keep it simple.

Great Buy
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I LOVE this tv, the colors are spot on perfect. This us my 4th Hisense Roku, thats how much i love Hisense. The colors are perfect and natural, also i keep the picture settings on "darker and low power". My husband has another smart tv that was more than triple the price but yet enjoys mine more especially on the sports picture setting (too bright for me). the colors are amazing in both the daytime and night, and the sound from the speakers is fantastic, yes i have a surround system for movie nights, but honestly its not needed for everyday watching, If i had the room I'd go for the 75"!!!

||Posted . Owned for 9 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Love the TV. I have multiple TCLs. This is just as nice as any of the 5-series and usually cheaper. Remote is horrible. Better sound than the TCLs as well.
