Dehumidifier did not have pump feature

I purchased the dehumidifier from Best Buy's website. My sort criteria was one that would have a built in pump. The description even indicated that it had one. However when I unpacked it there was none to be found. I took it back and swapped it out for a similar 70 PPH Frigidaire model. The sales team was very helpful in getting me the correct item.

as advertised this unit is supposed to have an internal pump, it does not.
I bought the unit because it was supposed to have an internal pump.
i special ordered it, waited for it to arrive at the store, picked it up and brought it home only to find that the model that Best Buy was selling doesn't have the internal pump. The website said it did-it does not, just a little false advertising or maybe a mistake, either way I was not satisfied with this purchase. it was not made right other than reversing the purchase. I'm still out the expense of picking it up due to their inability to fact check the item specifications before offering it for sale.
It took me less than 5 minutes to figure out that the model they were selling to me did not in fact have the pump, they do make a model with a pump but that was not what i received. All i got was a refund. To make this right they should have offered to order me the correct dehumidifier with the pump, again Best Buy failed.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend

We love it. It has bring our rooms humidity from 80% to around 30. Rooms smells better too
