Purchased the Hisense a little over a year ago. Looked long and hard at Samsung (we love Samsung), LG (OLED really appealed to me), Sony....all the big boys. But based on reading LOTS of reviews, both personal and professional, it seemed the Hisense was the best bang for the buck. And it hasn't disappointed. The color, the user interface, the ease of app selections, the clarity, the brightness, it all met every expectation and hope I had. We also purchased the soundbar w/subwoofer and bluetooth satellite surround speakers. Amazing picture and sound for a price far more reasonable than the big boys. I'm in no way an audio or videophile - but I'm tickled pink at every movie and every football game. Highly recommend this TV.

I was skeptical to change brands. However, however, this was a great price for great quality. The picture is amazing. You're literally watching movies again for the first time. The refresh rate is as fast as most laptops. I'm not sure you could buy a better Tv for less.

This television is amazing. Sets up so easy and has an array of advanced features. The picture is incredible. Not to mention the price point for this top of the line mini led is far below that of mainstay brand names. I will only buy Hisense in future.

Great TV. Picture quality is awesome. Very bright and looks great even in my bright room. Sound quality is actually pretty good. More TV than i need but for the price, I couldn't pass it up. Google TV works well. Lots of features and adjustments. Highly recommended

So as a long time Samsung guy, I took a chance after watching reviews from TV tech guys B the Installer, Digital Trends and other tech channels. They gave suprisingly great reviews. Given the price point of the 75 U8K, it was hard not to give it a go. The TV performance was excellent and comparable to panels significantly more expensive. I actually went back and bought the matching soundbar, the AX5125H because TV sound is never great. That soundbar was also excellent as well.

Though I have not hooked up this TV yet, the quality of it is incredible. There was no comparison based on picture and price, this was definitely the best purchase!!! So good we bought a 65" and 75"!!!

I have an OLED, and i recently purchased this Hisense U8K in a 75 inch model. With that being said I am impressed with this TV. The black levels are amazing. This TV competes with other Mini Leds. I recommend this TV to any one. There are going to be people skeptical of the brand. I did my research before i bought it. This TV is amazing in for what you are paying. It competes with the bigger names. The color palette is good, and the Nits are around 2000. I can't say it enough this TV is the best buy for your buck. Get one before they run out!!

I unfortunately did not get as lucky with this tv. It started off really nice with a really colorful image in 4k Blu-ray, gaming , and slightly less pop with streaming 4k apps. Just 4 days later it went crazy. It dropped every input to 8 bit color and I lost the beautiful colors I started off with. Also I noticed even when it was working better, I didn't have a lot of fine detail. Trees and backgrounds looked kind of foggy and unclear. I finally decided to take it down and replaced it with another tv. I wanted something that could support 12 bit color, and what I found was a Samsung qn90c which has a 14 bit panels. All I can say is it is really a detailed image with incredible colors. I now see details that were not there with the Hisense tv. It is a higher price point for the Samsung, but it's premium and will not disappoint. Also, you can now take advantage of the 12 bit color fidelity on the Xbox series X or any other electronics that you already have that can support 12 bit color. It's a world of difference. On the other hand if you don't know what 12 bit color does , or are really looking for something in the lower price range and are not easily bothered by imperfections in the picture quality, then thy Hisense u8k may work for you. Do what makes you happy.

We are very pleased and happy with our purchase of the Hisense TV. The picture is fantastic. Easy to connect and the home page operation is smooth. I’ve had LG, Samsung, Sony and I would put Hisense right at the top!

I liked the price, but I must admit that I didn’t want to like this TV. I’ve always bought Sony and Samsung, however I gave it a try. I compared TVs substantially, read and watched countless reviews and comparisons including comparing with TCL QM8 (side by side). Since I have a very specific budget, I could not go too far outside $ 2500, so the Samsung QN90C was and it might still be on my list… but after watching this TV’s blacks, brightness and even the ADS panel, I cannot easily justify the Samsung. This TV is great. It does shut down from time to time, but it might be my power strip which is a bit loose.

I have been looking forward to this tv since it was announced. All I can say this tv does not dissapoint and has a lot of wow factor. The colors are absolutely beautiful and the blacks are oled black. This tv replace my 65inch oled and looks some much better. Only change I made was changing picture mode from standard to theater night. This tv is nothing but WOW factor++.

Excellent TV for the money. 120hz , 4k, 2.1 hdmi. Motion enhancement. Clear deep black colors. Vibrant RGB display.

There are some TVs with better image quality and up- scaling, but they cost much more. This TV can be made very bright. On board speakers are pretty good: BlueTooth Surround Sound systems are not significantly better, unless you spend enough to include genuine ATMOS within a 7.1 system. (And such systems often rival the price of the entire TV.) But the TV also offers digiti sound out from Google-TV online sources via optical cable (SPIDF). I already have a very good 7.1 surround stereo system, and I use that to provide audio while using TV. But you must choose one or the other, you cannot use the built-in speakers while optical audio-out has been selected. Google TV offers all the services I need, although my previous TV service "Charter/Spectrum" is not available Google. (My previous TV had Roku.)

This tv is fantastic! It has all the features i could want and the picture is great! It can't do OLED true blacks, but its the closest ive ever seen on a non OLED.

I wasn't too sure about picking this up because I thought the brand was more of a lower end but boy was I wrong. This TV outperforms all the higher end TVs and still has more to give. It's brightness is as close to OLED that you can get and the whites and blacks on these TVs are amazing. I would highly recommend you do research on this TV on the company because they do own sharp and did such an amazing job with advanced technology that you can't find on higher end TVs
