Awesome color for outdoors. 5000 nits at a great price. Not weather proof but using a weatherproof cover. Great performance in the sunshine. Sounds is fantastic with bass

HiSense continues to provide great features at a good price. Unfortunately, the first unit delivered had bad pixels, suggesting quality control is still a challenge. Second unit has been great. Lost a star for the initial defective unit. Picture quality is good. Interface response is quick. Dolby Vision content has great contrast for a non-oled display panel. Onboard sound is good, but I prefer the dedicated home theater reciever. It is a bit heavey and needs a real 1Gbps wired ethernet port instead of the 100Mbps port to allow 4k streaming from my local NAS. Nice set for the black friday price but might be a little less of a deal at regular price.

The TV is a very high quality. Its was easy to setup. The geek squad that came and installed it was a breeze. The tv was wall mounted. It was also hooked up to our sound bar and sub woofer with hdmi cable. We are enjoying this great tv watching a lot of movies.

After a month of use, the Hisense U8QG 75-inch has exceeded our expectations. The Mini-LED QLED panel delivers outstanding 4K picture quality with excellent contrast, vibrant colors, and impressive HDR brightness. Even in a very sunny room, the anti-reflection coating and high peak brightness keep glare to a minimum. The built-in Dolby Atmos speaker system is surprisingly powerful and clear — good enough that we haven’t needed a soundbar. Motion handling is smooth, and the Google TV interface is fast and easy to use. Overall, this TV offers premium performance, strong audio, and excellent bright-room viewing at a price that’s hard to beat. Highly recommended.

After doing extensive research online, including watching a ton of videos on YouTube, I landed on the Hisense U8QG, and I'm glad I did. A few years ago I wouldn't have considered this brand, but everything I watched and read convinced me otherwise. For better or worse, my TV sits directly opposite a large picture window, so I needed something bright . . . and this TV delivers. And with a few adjustments, I was able to dial in the color and white balance to where I wanted it. Overall, a great TV, and a phenomenal TV for the price.

Love this TV, it is awesome and is easy to operate and adjust to your viewing preferences. The onboard 4.1.2 sound system is the best I've owned so far, and it sounds great. The subwoofer produces bass that I never thought a TV could produce. The operating system is awesome as well, and so far, I love everything about this TV. Would recommend to others for sure.

I’ve only had the tv for a little over a week but this is my second Hisense (2024 U8) and really you can’t go wrong. It’s bright. Probably more than it should be for certain content but I really enjoy it as does my kids. I spent the time dialing the settings and it works great and looks great. Nice upgrade on the remote as well. It’s now backlit and feels much more premium.

Tv color's are very bright and vibrant. Looks very good in a dark or even light up room. Very little glare on screen. Overall its the best image ive seen in a tv for the price point. Highly recommend

Excellent style. Very bright and vibrant screen. A little heavy and somewhat difficult to set up relative to competing options but once it’s set up, it is great. The menu screens are also fast and as such there is no need for external devices, such as Roku.

We bought this TV to replace a beloved 12 yr old 60" Panasonic plasma which started to show a minor patch of dead pixels. On paper, the specs on this Hisense U8Q TV is too good to be true. On the wall, however, it has some strengths and weaknesses. Picture Quality: This TV is BRIGHT, even after dialing the brightness down. The contrast and details are amazing though, and does a good job at fighting window reflections. The high refresh rate makes motion and camera movements really smooth - a little too fast and cheap looking for my liking. I guess my old eyes just can't get used to the "soap opera effect" and gives me a headache. Luckily, there is a picture mode called FILMMAKER MODE, where you can customize the amount of judder and blur to make the motion look more natural. I noticed in the beginning that the picture mode would change from Filmmaker to Theater whenever I switched between streaming apps. Just make sure to turn off any auto content detection to keep this from happening. Sound Quality: The sound system on this TV is stinky GARBAGE. Speech and vocals are somehow muffled, tinny, and sound like it's coming out of an echo chamber. There's just no punch and projection in the vocals. It may be due to having side firing speakers instead of down firing. Surprisingly, commercials sound so much clearer and centered compared to actual movies and shows. We were so used to our old plasma, which was a sound powerhouse with no need for a soundbar. I found that sound mode set to SPORTS, sound effect set to OFF, and Dolby dialogue enhancement set to ON gives the best output from the TV. You can adjust the equalizer to your liking (it should look like a smile). Don't even bother with Dolby Atmos. Remember how you sounded when wearing a mask during Covid? Yeah that. I would still recommend this TV for it's value and no burn-in benefit being a miniLED. I'm sure adding a soundbar would greatly enhance the sound quality. The good news is that my plasma is still in good condition and will be going in the basement. I just hope this TV lasts as long.

It has been since 2016 that I had purchased a new TV. Of course my old TV was 65" Sony and still working. But this new Hisense 75" is very Impressive. I purchased because on sale and the big 3 started raising their prices and extended warranties because of the Tariffs. The Hisense U8 2025 has progressed very fast and the big 3 should be worried. Hisense anti-glare is not very good, but the sound system is excellent for a TV without soundbar. I did purchased the Hisense 5.1.2 and haven't even taken out of the box, that is how good I think the sound there factory sound is.

Price for the size is fantastic. Has gaming features and built in sound is impressive. Very heavy and the base is quite large as a result, but specifically got it since the base was centered.

I absolutely love this TV!! The picture is beautiful and brilliantly bright and i didnt even adjust any settings. Sound is amazing out of the box, but im a gamer and I need a soundbar. I’ll be buying the Hisense as well. I was fortunate enough to get the 75” for a great price and at 0% for 2 years!! What a no-brainer.
