This was for a Game Room and was not used as an everyday TV. October 2023, LED Backlights went out. Sure I could buy replacement parts and spend a couple hours trying to fix it with no guarantee on how long it will work for. Meanwhile, I have a TCL 65" in my garage I use way more often that has Spiders, Gnats, Flies, Etc all living in and around it and it is still going strong. Disappointed in Hisense.

But EXACTLY after the 1 year mark the television bricked and won’t power on. Luckily I purchased the extended warranty through Geek Squad (or at least I thought) and after multiple calls found out a control board is the issue (seems to be a common problem). Now I have an inoperable 85” picture frame that won’t be serviced for almost 3 weeks because Geek Squad is so “busy”.

The screen went black but there is still sound. I unplugged it for days but did not help. I ordered a main board for $155. It will be here in a few days. If that doesn't fix it, it may be the actual leds are bad. I own and install many Hisense tv's. After looking online for a fix, it appears that this happens to many many Hisense TVs
