Don't buy even if it's for free, I feel this product is worst compared to my 4 yrs old Samsung UHD tv, not much brightness , it lacks basic features like wireless connect to display , even after having Google tv it cannot be connected wirelessly , stop buying such worst products , Hisense support team says it's same for all TV in market and their tech team is not acting on that request

I was so happy after getting this and testing it out watching Infinity War and Top Gun Maverick then I watched NFL and NBA on YouTubeTV and it ao pixelated and crappy picture. Looks horrible like a TV from the early 2000’s. Returned it for a Sony X90L and its hands down the best TV i’ve owned. This Hisense is the 2nd TV i’ve returned and i’m no longer going to entertain the brand or anything else other Sony again. Spend a little more and get the Sony X90L if you love sports and movies

Not worth saving money for a lesser quality TV.

It’s not the best quality so you are paying for what you get. Had I known better- I would’ve invested more into a better brand/quality. If customer service from the brand is important yo you, then this is not it. Their support line was bad as it can get from delays, inpatient and not a good representation from a brand.
Quality: There is a slight delay in remote to TV. Remote numeric system is not as user friendly as you would think.
Picture: there’s pixelation depending if you’re watching basic TV or newer movies.
I’ve had to reboot the TV twice due to lost connectivity with network & TV would just freeze.
