While it had an excellent picture and features I had to return it for several reasons: 1 - Right out of the box It either had dead pixels or something stuck inside the lens assembly that was clearly visible in every scene where there was anything but black. Unacceptable. 2 - eArc stopped working after 2 days and would not function at any setting I tried and I tried them all about 700 times. Image watching a movie on a 10 foot screen and listening to it through a 6 inch speaker... 3 - When connected to 2 different BluRay players the picture would glitch and go black for several seconds for absolutely no reason. This would happen about every 3 to 5 minutes no matter what setting I used and I tried all of them more than once. Given these major issues for a brand new $2500 projector, I had no choice but to return it as defective. The staff member who processed my return asked me if I wanted a replacement. My response was a firm NO. If a unit with multiple issues somehow passed their quality control, I don't feel confident enough to try another. Extremely disappointed!

I’ve had this unit for a month now and so far no complaints other than a minor sound issue. Hopefully continued excellent picture, clarity and usability. I was in search of a budget friendly 4k projector for months to upgrade from my lg mini beam I was between this one the xgimi and one other. The $500 off sale price on the c2 ultra and Best Buy offering 24 months sold me on this unit and so far has not disappointed. The built in AppStore is nice but I’m running a firestick and surround off an hdmi with a splitter and is doing great. Movies and sports both awesome not much of a gamer so haven’t tried that but streaming movies are impressive and immersive and live sports on 150” screen with full surround I have no need to ever leave my basement set up on gameday or movie night.

I set this up for the kids slumber party. They had an amazing time watching Shrek and giggled when we projected it on the ceiling above them. We also have take this unit outside to watch movies projected on the side of the house. Great picture, crystal clear sound

I couldn’t be happier with the Hisense C2 Ultra Triple Laser 4K Smart Projector. The picture quality is incredible — ultra sharp, bright, and vivid even in rooms with some light. Setup was super easy, and the built-in JBL speakers sound surprisingly powerful — rich bass and clear dialogue without needing an external sound system (though it’s easy to connect one if you want). Gaming performance is also impressive — designed for Xbox, it has low input lag and smooth motion. The size flexibility is a huge plus — from 65” all the way up to 300” — and it looks amazing on any size screen. It’s sleek, quiet, and feels like a premium home theater experience in a compact design. If you’re looking for a bright, true 4K projector with fantastic sound and features, this is a top-tier choice.

I’m honestly surprised and beyond impressed with the Hisense C2 Ultra Triple Laser 4K Smart Projector. From the moment we set it up, it felt like we brought the movie theater home. The picture clarity is jaw-dropping — every detail is crisp, vibrant, and lifelike. The 4K resolution and 3000 ANSI lumens make everything pop, even in brighter rooms. My family was amazed the second the first image appeared on the wall. We kept saying “wow” every few minutes — it’s that good. The JBL sound system fills the room beautifully, and the IMAX Enhanced visuals truly create an immersive experience. We are excited to try gaming but have not yet. Hisense really outdid themselves with this one — if you’re on the fence, don’t be. This projector exceeded every expectation! Think smart TV but better!

One of the best sub $3,000 units out there. Excellent picture, 3d works very well and not hard to enable at all. Sound is impressive for onboard audio, great swivel stand and the auto alignment works very good also. The only downside so far is the operating system is a little sluggish when using the browser app and remote to search. Wanted to throw the remote through the wall once or twice. Note: this is not your typical long throw, it is a medium throw which is another plus! Purchased when on a $500 off offer at Best Buy, lucky me.

This is amazing product, we are so happy to watch movies on this projector, our family loves this projector a lot.
