Got this as a gift for my sister. She loves the story and plays the DVD to have an Eagles concert in her place whenever she wants.

Perhaps THE GREATEST & most fun ROCK DOC of all time. Very insightful w/ great background music that includes more than Eagles tunes. Guaranteed to turn on even the most "uninterested" or casual fan. This spans their entire career, including their solo careers. Includes a great piece of concert footage from '77.

Anyone who grew up with The Eagles music will appreciate the unique story here and the personalities of the band members over the years. And learn about how they just stopped.....for a period of 14 years....before reassembling for one of the great encores in music history. What a wondeful story Joe Walsh is.....the band clearly saved his life and he seems eternally grateful.

Very entertaining DVD covering the history of The Eagles. The interviews with members past and present make this worth watching. No punches are pulled and the viewer not only gets a great feel for the band's history but also for the SoCal rock scene of the 70's.

They are the rock band of the last forty years and if they stay in good health another decade or more. This is a must have for any fan or those interested in the band.

Absolutely enjoyed getting to see behind the scenes of one of my favorite bands of all time. Always liked Glenn Frey, loved him after seeing the “History of the Eagles”!

i saw this on tv and couldnt wait for it to become available on dvd. well it finally did and i bought 2 copies (1 for a friend) and i may buy another for a friends birthday. great for eagles fans.

I am a major EAGLES fan and go to every show every time they are in town. I have all of their albums, DVD'S, and everything worse. This DVD is the crown jewle of my collection not only the music but to hear it in their own words is worth every penny.

This is a great documentary of Eagles history including other band origins and partners, plus the concert from D.C. in 1977 is very good on the third DVD.

This is an entertaining documentary.Good performance clips and interviews. The concert DVD is a good bonus. Video and sound quality is very good.

I had been waiting to get this Eagles DVD. What a wonderful historical look back on one of the very best rock groups in history! I would strongly recommend it to any Eagles fan.

best true story about a great band, a lot of things you never knew , a must see for a real "eagles" fan.

Tells the whole story about how the eagles began, how they got their name, management, member relationships, songwriting, song inspiration. A good look at behind the scenes. You will like it.

A great behind the scenes look of the Eagles in their formative years. I just wish Don Felder was still with the group, awesome guitar player.

One of our favorite bands of all times! The DVD is great and reflects personal challenges of band members throughout the years. Well made and glad it is in our collection.
