I gave the product three stars because the plastic over the back camera of my iPhone 8+ was not the best. Also the suction that keeps the phone waterproof (found around the case..might be orange) falls out easily, making the product no longer waterproof.

I ended up returning it and getting one that could go deeper in the water just in case it was dropped while snorkeling.

I bought this last minute for a cruise and the case did amazing. Pictures were very clear and it allowed me to take videos of my kids under water. The case did great. I would buy all over again.

It is also waterproof and have been swimming with my phone numerous times not on purpose. Simply getting out of the water and drying the case takes care of any possible problems.

Also try to use the instructions below, that could help with audio improvements: try to reinstall the phone into the case by resting the bottom of the phone into the case first before fully inserting the phone into the case. When you place the phone inside the case, make sure the charging port are open, insert the seal (flexible part) with the ports still open, and once you get the seal in place try to squeeze the air out from the case by sliding your fingers from top to bottom that will make the air go out through the charging port, then close the plug, see if that works. Difficult

Ever since I put this cover on my phone, people cannot hear me. Apparently, it garbles what I say. I have to use Bluetooth or earbuds with a mic in order to use my phone. I’m going to return this case and purchase another case.
